This cafe is located in Marrickville with their menu offering Middle Eastern inspired dishes. Pictured is their "Kelby's Hash" which consisted of - roasted potatoes, poached eggs, sujuk and hollandaise sauce 😍 And French Toast with berries 🤤⁣⁣ Both were sooooo good, I almost finished both dishes to myself 🤣 Can't get over how yum the Kelby's Hash was, need that recipe so I can make it at home 👀

Really cosy wooden interiors with halogen lamps make for a really comfy Sunday brunch vibe. The 15% off Zomato gold also makes this one of the best Gold experiences I’ve had !

We got the eggocado (special) and the egg Benedict to try. I loved the ingenuity of implanting an egg yolk into the hole left by the avocado seed. The dish itself was a nice balance of the animal fat from the bacon, creaminess from the avocado and yolk, with the salad and lemon to give it some freshness. I must say that the danish feta combined with the bacon was a bit too much salt and times and could have been used more sparingly.

The egg Benedict was unique in that it came with a croissant. While I am no stranger to croissants, the butter from the croissant may be too much for some when combined with a rich hollandaise.

Overall a surprisingly great dining experience for a cafe outside of the city. It’s close proximity to the newly refurbished library also makes for a nice reading/ study session after.

The most cosy cafe I have ever visited in Marrickville! Small but yet cosy; perfect for a cold rainy day where you can sit in for a nice cup of coffee doing some work.

The dishes I would recommend is their açai bowl, so refreshing and you also get a few fruits in their too! I also highly recommend their halloumi, avocado, bacon with cherry tomato dish! Little did I know, I was going to finish the dish considering how much I hate bacon! But I ate everything and even wanted to lick the plate! That was how good it was!!!!!

We really enjoyed this cozy cafe with an essence of Middle Eastern cuisine. The food was so delicious, filling and beautifully presented! Between two people, we had 3 dishes and 2 drinks. It was a solid feed.

🍳Eggs Benedict ($18.5)
🍞French toast ($16.9)
🍅Braht bruschetta ($17.9)
🍃Mojo mint frappe ($7.5)
🍎Apple watermelon juice ($7.5)

Both the drinks were really refreshing. I preferred the mojo mint frappe. The juice was nice but lacked the vibrant colour in the frappes.

The eggs benny was a strong highlight. A crunchy croissant, topped with smoked salmon, oozy poached eggs and hollandaise. No complaints here!

I highly recommend the french toast. It had mixed berry compote and ricotta sprinkled on top which made it lighter than other french toasts I've had.The use of Turkish bread was unique and crunchy. The drizzle of maple syrup added a nice amount of sweetness. A perfect dessert to share after a meal.

The bruschetta was generously topped with fresh veggies and tasty halloumi. A very healthy dish.

Bf review: really great food, I loved the mojo mint

I loved everything about my visit to Kelby’s Marrickville. The food was so beautifully presented, with great flavours and the team were really friendly and attentive. We shared three meals between two, which was a lot of food as the dishes are quite generous in size. We loved popping the soft egg yolk baked into half an avocado on the Eggocado dish and that it came with plenty of bacon, feta and tomato salsa. The Klassic Beef Burger which we upgraded to be Hawaiian style with bacon, egg and pineapple was epic, huge! We also added the side of hand cut chips which were super crispy and delicious. The French Toast is a nice spin on the traditional style, using stacked Turkish bread fingers and I appreciated that the maple syrup was served on the side and was a plentiful serve. I had the coffee frappe with vanilla which was a nice chilled drink to have with my meal and I also enjoyed a latte. Overall, a great meal in a cool little cafe.

Was absolutely blown away by how great this cafe is! They’re very busy on weekends but for a reason. Their dishes are creative, delicious and reasonably priced for Sydney. We ordered the Mixed Berry French Toast, Eggocado, Eggs Benny, and two frappes which are perfect for those hot summer days: Berry Bliss and Mojo Mint. Loved everything, but especially enjoyed the French toast. It was so moist but not too sweet, making it the perfect brunch dish.

Located In Marrickville, this cafe serves all day breakfast, salads, burgers, wraps, and you can even build your own fluffy omelette!
Dishes ordered: warm French toast, klassic beef burger and Kelby’s hash. The food was fresh and delightful.
Both hot and iced coffees were awesome (from @vittoria_coffee).

Kelby’s Cafe in Marrickville is the cutest cafe with very good food and coffee to match. It definitely was one of the best brunches we had towards the end of last year.

The portions are reasonable, the service friendly and I love the Middle Eastern vibes to most of the dishes. Additionally, the food is very tasty: I loved the kibbeh dish (pictured). I would have it again. I’d definitely recommend this cafe if you are in the Marrickville area for brunch and you don’t know where to go.

Please note we ate as guests of Kelby’s Cafe.

I absolutely love Kelbys! The portions are so generous, the flavours are in abundance and the service is always warm and friendly! The food will knock your socks off (the Lebanese spices are spot on) and the coffee they now roast is honestly one of the best I have tried. They don’t do anything in halves! Love shooting for them, I have been shooting for them for over 3 years now and I’m still always in awe of their menu creations! MUST TRY!!!

Fast service. Good servers who are friendly yet professional. The food was good. Had bacon and egg roll. My wife had eggs Benedict. Those two items plus three coffees for just shy of $48.00 It's a popular cafe based on the number of people eating and sometimes waiting to get in. Table service.

There are so many brunch places in Sydney and they’re kind of all blurring into one for me. I stepped into Kelby’s expecting your run of the mill brunch menu but it was anything but ordinary. Kelby’s had a middle eastern inspired menu and it’s refreshing to see a Lebanese style breakfast on the menu in the inner west! We ordered the Lebanese breakfast and sujuk hash. Both were absolutely divine and to top it off, coffee was also perfection. Will definitely visit again.

A brilliant cafe offering excellent breakfast / brunch style food with middle eastern influence. We ordered the Orange, watermelon and pineapple juice, Haloumi stack, Kibbeh Shakshoukah, Banana milkshake. All were delicious, well presented and healthy. Definitely recommend coming here - one of the best, if not the best in Marrickville. Regards @fooderarri

Stumbled across this place with 2 other mates and I honestly wish I had been here sooner. Ordered the trademark Kelby’s big breakfast and requested for scrambled eggs with added stringed halloumi that was welcomed with zero resistance. The owner provided extensive knowledge on menu items. Glass of water was served the second we sat down. Cannot speak highly enough of how welcoming the waiter was and can best be sure I’ll be back.
