Finally got to try Rice Paper Scissors, after seeing everyone go! So much yummy food, loved the fusion and the combination of flavours available! Definitely check it out!
Just wished that the portion sizes were bigger, as I was still hungry after eating….
PHUKET CALAMARI: The calamari was tossed in a salted, duck egg sauce, which was super flavoursome.
CRISPY BARRAMUNDI: super fresh; loved the crunchiness of the green apply and roasted cashew alongside it.
BBQ LAMB RIBS: meat just fell off the bone. I really enjoyed the sticky sauce with the ribs!
STICKY PORK BELLY: Like the BBQ ribs, the sauce was the highlight; I loved the caramel sauce, and the salad that accompanied it.
LOBSTER DUMPLINGS: yummy! Loved the lobster, pork, ginger combo!
BURMESE TEA LEAF SALAD: I thought the tea leaf was refreshing, alongside the crunchy bits and peanuts. Again, the roast garlic dressing was a highlight!
STEAMED COCONUT RICE: so fragrant!!
Cute place to have dinner with flavoursome dishes that packs a punch. We had 7 tapas dishes and a bottle of red that came up to around $160 but well worth it.

Rice Paper Scissors is quintessentially perfect Asian fusion. The tapas-esque menu offers a plethora of flavour-packed dishes that are great for sharing. Our favourites included the lamb ribs and lobster dumplings.
The only critique would be that the cocktails can be hit or miss.
Service is wonderful!
