This was hands down the best experience I have had. The food was delicious, the wine perfectly matched. Go for the full 8 course experience, it's worth it. The staff were all amazing and really made the night more special. Highly recommend!

We had the 8 course degustation meal here last night and it was just beautiful... I struggled a little and filled up easily but my husband completed all 8 dishes as well as the oyster dish (extra) and the couple of other courses thrown in. The staff are just brilliant and very attentive and could not fault them at all. Even had a couple of extra touches as it was our wedding anniversary which we loved. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that would like to have an indulgent night of brilliant food.... the wine is excellent as well..... :)

My friend and I went there on Saturday for the 6 course lunch tasting menu. Absolutely Devine. There's nothing more pleasing than experiencing the full package when dining out. I've been to some of the best restaurants Sydney have to offer but there's nothing worse than having delightful food but not such great service or rude waiters/waitresses or hostess's but I'm pleased to say that not only was the food exceptional but the hostess and wait staff were also providing exceptional service. So I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who loves fine dining.... It's a must experience to all who love Greek Cuisine and visit Melbourne- I would expect no less from George Colombaris :) :)
