Delicious food, fabulous drinks & lovely atmosphere with super friendly staff to boot. I’ll definitely be back. ❤️
Omg I stumbled across this little gem last year on a holiday to Melbourne and from then we decided to move here! Less than 12 months later I'm a permanent resident and thus place is my favourite! We came here on Christmas Eve 2013 and we're back the same day in 2014! Great vibes, the best pork rolls, meatball wraps you'll ever taste! You can't go wrong with any of the drinks or food you order here, the espresso martini is served in a cute little disposable coffee cup with the adorable chuckle park logo on! I'm also going to aspire to decorate my back garden in the same style as Chuckle Park! Intimate lanterns across the alleyway and AstroTurf - winner! Staff are super friendly, best place in Melbourne! Xxx
A little lane way cafe, just away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect place to catch your breath. Nice to sit and have a quiet conversation and a cold beer.
Grilled pulled pork, gruyere cheese, pickles and mustard... washed down with a crisp glass of vino. 10/10. That is all.
We went on a Sunday evening and the ambience is 💯. But we were told only drinks were available and food wasn’t. I was literally crushed. Please add at least some finger food guys!
Chuckle Park is one of those hidden laneway bars that make Melbourne the greatest city to live in. You could walk straight past and not even know it's there, other than for the fact that it's often full of happy patrons enjoying a drink or two. Essentially it's a tiny space between two buildings converted into an eccentric outdoor space with a few tables and stools and a bar at the far end. It's all about fun here, and that's definitely the vibe that is given off.
At night it's gorgeous, as all the mason jars hanging above come alight and glimmer. It's amazing something so simple can add so much atmosphere. Our last visit was at dusk, so perfect for a yummy spritz and beer to enjoy as the sun went down. The menu is small, but there is a great selection and I love that they do mulled wine in winter. There is also a small food menu, but we just come for the drinks, friendly bar staff and cheerful vibe. It's well worth doing a double take if you are strolling by.
This somewhat hidden gem of Melbourne is amazing.
Chuckle Park's staff are extremy friendly, the area has an energising atmosphere and the set-up is very unique. I'm glad the outdoor space has fire heaters going.
When I visited last year, terms of food, I was really pleased with the amount of vegetarian options on the menu. The toasty I had was beautiful. The bread was perfectly toasted and the cheese, mushrooms and (I think it was) spinach complimented each other so well.
I believe the range of drinks offered is a little bit basic, however, it covers all the essentials!
Good cocktails. Bit pricey. Need more variety of Beers.

I have been here twice and still wanna come back. Recently I came here on Saturday night with some friends. Unfortunately they didnt serve food so we had to go out and get food somewhere else and come back here.
They had some asian snacks though.
Really love how they set up this place, feel like we are in totally different place not in Melbourne.
Chuckle Park is a cute little outdoor laneway bar in the heart of Melbourne, a hidden gem in the CBD!
In terms of the ambience, I’d definitely rate it a 5/5. There’s only a few tables, but I think it really contributes to the intimate and cozy vibe, along with the pretty decor like lights and flowers strung across the top.
Food wise, it’s good.. although I was only able to base this off of the pizza I had. We tried the Wild mushroom pizza and lamb, sausage & broccolini pizza. Whilst I thought the mushroom pizza was decent, the lamb sausage one had a unique flavour which was not to our personal taste. This was largely caused by the overpowering taste of the fennel seeds in the pizza, which can be described as a flavour very similar to licorice. Pizzas are relatively small in size, so they’re great if you’re feeling just a little peckish and goes down well with a drink.
There were many dishes from the day food menu that weren’t available for dinner that had caught my eye. So I’ll definitely be back in the near future to try those out!
Pretty little bar hidden in an alley. It is beautifully decorated with flowers and lights. Tried their smokey the bear and rose. They were pretty good. They also gave complimentary fries that were tasty as well! The bartender was very friendly and gave us good recommendations.
😱Lizzie’s first impression: the cutest little bar on little Collins - it’s very decorated so you literally can’t miss it.
🍩Lizzie enjoyed: loved having drinks here - staff are so friendly, they even gave us free pizza freshly baked from the oven!
🍅Lizzie did not enjoy: it’s a little cramped so make sure you get in early.
🥇Lizzie rates overall: like the decor on the place it has the best bar vibes suitable for date night or group catch ups.
