Great variety, everything ordered was good. Happily revisit to try other things :)
I quite enjoyed my dinner here but i'm not sure if it was the most worth dinner I've had. We had the unagi tacos and that was definitely my favourite dish of the night- the sauce was so delicious and the taco shell was super crispy! The salmon and tuna sushi was also quite delicious too. If we didn't have the 30% off I'm not sure if I would come here again given the quite expensive prices!
The sirloin was cooked well except it was quite average for $49.

The food was absolutely mouth-watering, especially the kingfish. We had the New Classics menu which had 9 courses for us. Some of the dishes had very small serving sizes whilst others had a more generous portion. The meats were very well cooked, especially the salmon which had an immense amount of flavour to it. Despite some of the portions being small we were very satisfied by the end of the night. The dishes that we most enjoyed was the hiramasa kingfish, the gyoza and the creme brulee.
Ambience π

We were seated right near the window where we could still comfortably see the water. The interior design of this place was lovely - slightly moody to set the luxurious atmosphere. The seats were very comfortable but the tables for the two-seaters were a bit small so we couldn't fit some of the dishes when there were multiple plates being served at the same time.
Service

We did find that the staff members were rushed when trying to serve us but the food came very slowly. Understandably that most fine dining places take time to serve each course but it became very late by the time that we finished our meals.
Overall π΄π

This was a great date night for my partner and I when we went on a mini trip interstate. However, with the service and some of the dishes' serving sizes being very small we wouldn't come again unless we got the menu at a discounted price as last time.
