A great place to go and indulge yourself for a little while. Walked straight in which is much better than waiting in a queue and the staff were super friendly and food was delicious. A nice quiet place to escape and relax with a nice cuppa and treat ���
Had a tea time with my friend here. We got apple crumble which served warm really nice and vanilla sliced which was creamy and spongy.
For tea, we had rose buds tea and raspberry tea. I was surprised with the tea quality which were really good.
I am considering to buy the loose leaf and brew it at home.
We had visited Royal St Collins for brunch and we got the high tea set which came with macaroons, mini desserts, sandwiches and scones with cream and jam and also tea of course!
There was a good selection of sweets and non sweets which balanced out the set! The macaroons and mini desserts were lovely to eat (specially for those sweet tooth’s out there)!
Overall, we had a fun time at Royal St Collins and would go back again to try the rest of their sweets!

We had desserts and cakes in an afternoon. It was beautifully fitted out. The plates were so pretty. Service was good and food was very nice.
Had a wonderful breakfast here! Lucky to get in before the mother's day rush. Greeted by friendly and helpful staff, and had the most delicious croissants and scones! The scones were served with boutique jam 😋 and our tea served in lovely tea pots with matching cups. Will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Melbourne.
A beautiful cafe to enjoy high tea, coffee and desserts, the Royal St Collins transports you to a lovely afternoon in France/England.
I highly recommend the high tea set which gets you a beautiful selection of cakes, pastries, scones and sandwiches (yes, it’s a lot of food!) washed down with a tea of your choosing or champagne if you’re so inclined.
We had the morning high tea and it is best described as simple but charming. It is a nice mix of mini pastries, fruit cups, yoghurt and sandwiches. Whilst it is not substantial or spectacular it is a good blend of treats.
It's a small slice of decadence in high tea found at lower price point.

The scones were just lovely! And the homemade jams are so divine! Very nice ambiance but the table is very small, so luckily we didn’t order much.

Went there to have a catch up with my friend. The dessert was good and the ambience was great. A nice little place to catch up with friend. The service was a little awkward as the table was a little small so the waiting staff was having some hard time trying to adjust the position of the coffee and tea when she serving us. On top that, it took us couple times of communication to make the staff understand we were trying ask about the ingredients for the dessert

☆ Loved the 'a la carte' vibe of this salon. Most high teas in Melbourne require advanced bookings and payments. Instead here, we were able to turn up, choose what we wanted to eat, and pay afterwards.
☆ We weren't hungry enough for the 'High Tea' experience, so we chose the 'Scones for Two' (which came with two beverages) and 'Sandwich Platter'. Scones were phenomenal – light, warm and fluffy. Sandwiches were fresh and came in assorted flavours.
☆ Salon indoors is a little tight for space. It was a struggle balancing all our plates and tableware on our tiny table. Next time, we might try to sit at a table outside the salon (in the middle of the shopping complex).
☆ Returned for the High Tea ($45 per person). Certainly a bit pricier than your average high tea in Melbourne for what we got. However, still enjoyed the experience. The sweets and savouries were scrumptious.
High tea was good. The service was quick and the venue was beautiful. The tea was a good serving but weak as they removed the tea leaves before they gave you the tea. The food was good except for the scones which where not fresh and not warm. We could have done with more cream and jam. The mocktails where very good and had authentic tea flavours.
Had the high tea for 2, it was really busy so took 10-15 mins before we were seated even though we had bookings.
The environment and Ambience is fantastic though it is quite packed. Food is great, good selection of tea and beverages and quite good value for two person
pretty moist carrot cake, coffee was alright, chocolate taste a little bit too sweet.
we had some snack here which pretty relaxing and chill.
