Hands down the best bahn me I have ever eaten and if I could I would have 10 more. So generous with the fillings, the crispy pork was on point and the pate, mayo sweet sauce combo was so great. Perfect amount of salads as well. I will be back for more!!!

For once, I forgot to take pictures. Ordered 4 bowls of pho and iced tea. The pho soup base was slightly sweet but very heartwarming. The chicken slices were quite generous and tasted great. Iced tea was reasonably priced at $2.5 as well. You would be paying around $15-20 per person with drinks which is quite reasonable for a shopping mall food. Good for quick meals
3.5/5 for the beef pho
Pros: quality ingredients, clean and tasty broth
Cons; pricey at $14, have to sit in a busy shopping centre walkway
Great for ordering for a large group.
Rice paper rolls (could choose what type of rolls you get) for ok for 14-15 people $88 for 48 half size.
Chicken slaw, $27, was not as good value.
I ordered the beef pho from here. The soup was light and had the subtle taste of beef. The noodles were soft and silky and the beef was thinly sliced and was just cooked through when the hot soup hit it. The noodles were pleasant to eat but I would have preferred a punchier, more flavourful broth to carry the noodles which don’t have flavour. Service was friendly and quick.
Grilled lemongrass chicken rice, all I've got to say is yummmmmm~ the chicken was charred to perfection, it was still moist on the inside c: the sauce gave it a bit of a sweet and spicy kick to it which was enjoyable 😚
Polite customer service.
Been here several times now.
One of my favourite takeaways in the Emporium.
Definitely one of the best Rice paper rolls in the CBD.
Lemongrass Chicken definitely a favourite
We enjoy coming to this quiet, clean and spacious Vietnamese food outlet at the basement of the Emporium for their delicious choices. They serve nice big bowls of heartwarming pho but we decided to try something else on their menu today.
The grilled lemongrass chicken with spring rolls was presented well and tasted even better. Loved the crispy spring rolls and well seasoned chicken with just the right amount of char.
The Bun Cha Ca Hanoi Fish was well fried and served on a bed of fresh salad.
So while their pho is great, do consider trying their other offerings.
Dare I say it?......Pho Nom is pho-nomenal!
I had the mushrooms and tofu pho and it was delicious. I love their silken tofu and choice of mushrooms in the pho. I found it tasted best with lots of lemon and some basil. I wish their service was a little faster but that won’t stop me from going back.
Decent banh mi in the quieter lower level of Emporium. I got the $13.50 combo of banh mi + rice paper roll + iced tea. Would skip the rice paper roll next time as it's 75% vermicelli and only one slice of meat + lettuce.
The banh mi was quite good with crunchy but soft roll. Fillings were a bit meh - too much hoisin to overpower the tastes. Also mostly carrot in the salad. Crispy pork belly was quite good but didn't get many crisp bits and the meat was tough in parts.
Staff were friendly. Pho was delicious and the ice tea had the right amount of sweetness. The veg spring rolls tasted a bit uncooked. They need to provide metal forks along with spoons. It is hard to pick the smooth noodles in broth with wooden party spoons.
Pretty solid Bahn Mi here, very filling and full of flavour, the rice paper roll and iced tea was also pretty good, and if you get it apart of a combo the value is fairly solid.
I did not expect this much effort at a lunch counter place. The spring rolls are hand made and freshly fried with big pieces of flavorful pork. The pho is warm and savoury and the meat generous. The vegetables are serve your own so you can put as much vietnamese mint, bean sprouts chilli and sriracha on as you like. The rice paper rolls are good with great variety. The bahn mi was good, but didn't have the warm crunchy baguette of a truly perfect bahn mi, and had a bit too much sauce for me. I like the bread and ingredients to shine, but this is good if you like it saucy. On the whole, really good.
Really flavourful banh mi with fresh ingredients. Would have been made better if the meat was warm, but overall a great banh mi. The service is a bit slow and they could benefit from rethinking their workflow, but nothing too bad.
Me and my wife come here everyday for breakfast every morning . All the staff like family and the boss really nice. We have been here for 1 year. We love come here more often .
