OMG the chicken curry don was soooo delicious and comforting. Loved how good and succulent the chicken was. The curry was delicious. The spice powder adds a zing to it. Also tried the tofu curry don but liked the chicken better.
Great value for money... we ordered 2 chicken currys, one miso soup and 2 soft drinks and it cost about 20 bucks. Service is quick and easy. Food is tasty and basic.
Cheap, huge portion, great taste, fast service. Better come in early as the place is packed after 12:30 ish. What more could you ask for? Will keep coming back.

This place awesome for a quick bite on the run. Always consistent with quality at a fabulous price. Staff are friendly... they are licensed also. We had Bento Box’s with beers. So tasty. We will definitely be back again
A bit too dark for my liking and there's barely a room for queueing and waiting for food to come out. But as with outher outlet, the food is here are both cheap and delicious. so I'm very happy with this place. I don't think I can get good Japanese food under 10 nowadays except from Dondon.
Cheap and delicious food, the bento box was so fresh that we could not believe it. Spicy but not much, fruits are a nice touch to finish the meal.
Value for money is what this place offers. Good price, good portions & very tasty too. Besides rice dishes as the name suggests, they do have some noodle options. Unfortunately the soba salad was sold out.
They need to do something with the birds flying into the premise though, very pleasant when you dine on.
Everyone knows how good the value is at Don Don, and also extremely efficient.
The curry rice has some deep flavour and mildly spicy, and the chicken teriyaki is always grilled perfectly juicy.
This time, I felt like I needed a healthy option so had to go with the soba salad.
It's surprisingly filling, probably from the buckwheat noodles and the broccoli, and the light sauce is also refreshing.
Good quick food. I've had a few of there items on the menu. Don Don Box probably best value for money. Only bad thing is the hygiene of the place. Tables weren't clean often and the wipe the box down with a rag before giving you the food, so you grab a wet wooden box. Not the best feeling.

This is the leas glamorous no frills outlet compared to the ones in the city. However the quality, tasty and its famous value for money reputation has been maintained. Outside dining is pleasant. Service is so fast and by the time we paid and sat down on our table, it was time to collect our orders! Great to catch up with friends and family without hurting your pocket.

No matter how they pre-make the food or anything else, their food quality is awesome and taste good. Especially that their dons are less than $8. It’s a good place for workers and truckers

Incredibly cheap price for really good food. Especially considering portion sizes and taste, this is definitely one of my favourites that I recommend for people to try out.
