Thailicious is a lovely little Thai eatery in the CBD. The menu boasts a selection of all time favourites. Our top picks include the papaya salad, green curry and massaman curry.
Hidden Gem, if not for Zomato Gold. All items on the menu are eligible for Zomato Gold plus the restaurant allows you to order different dishes 👍🏻
Ordered:
1. Tom Yum Seafood ($22.9) 🍲
2. Jasmine Rice ($2.5) rice 🍚
The tom yum seafood soup was perfect, just the perfect blend of sweet & sour - not too watery or to heavy on coconut milk. The soup ingredients contains prawns, squid, mussel & fish. The fish felt extremely fresh, literally melted in my mouth. Tho I was a lil disappointed as the soup contained minimal ingredients, 80% soup 20% ingredients.
Service: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Excellent
The waiter was really accommodating as she tried to explain some Thai food names plus even took the effort to return with a compilation of pictures of dishes the restaurant served. She even offered to have chilli served on the side if we were afraid of the dish being too spicy.
Price was a lil on the high end 💸 & I probably would never pay the full price but it becomes really worth when you are on Zomato Gold.
Best service among all these zomato golden cooperatives until now. Good taste and really cheap
Pork Hock is my First recommend!!! also can taste Noodle&Rice!!!
📍Thailicious, Melbourne
One of the most unintentionally hidden restaurants I've been to in Melbourne. I pass by it almost everyday but never really noticed it until it was mentioned on Zomato Gold! I was getting my soul sucked from all the exams so I needed a safe haven to indulge myself with delicious hearty Thai foods.
Using Zomato Gold, we decided to grab 2 noodle dishes: "Pad Siew" ($12.50) and "Pad Khee Mao" ($12.50). Pad Siew was flat rice noodles with egg and soy sauce & Pad Khee Mao was flat rice noodles with chili, basil and egg. Considering the price ($6.25 pp), it was decent! Veggies tasted fresh with perfect amount of seasoning - but unfortunately, beef was a bit dry. Overall, flavours played out beautifully with rice noodles! It was nothing extraordinarily special but I liked how they got the fundamentals right. A decent place to swing by when you are craving affordable Thai foods!

The staffs were really friendly and service was really good. The food didn’t take too long to be served. We ordered the seafood hormok, stir fry water spinash, steam lemon barramundi and, pork hock.
Everything was really good! Will definitely come back again as we didn’t get to try the soft shell crab. Be sure to order the coconut rice as it goes along really well with all the dishes!
I’m not a big fan of Thai food be honest but it’s was first time I really enjoy having Thai. We ordered abt 8 different dishes both entre and main. Pretty much all dishes was tasty. However I could find the service wasn’t nice. They kept forget things we ask for.
Food here is so delicious and the service is timely and friendly. We had roti with an awesome satay sauce, that was nicely spiced with great texture of crunchy nuts, also started with Ebi prawns, which are crunchy crumbed prawns served with a creamy dipping sauce. Then we had pad thai with chicken and twiced cooked pork hock which is accompanied with two sauces and an amazing salad of green apple, red onion, corriander and a spicy sauce, l had a glass of shiraz and hubby had a beer, it was reasonably priced. They have sanitizer on every table. We will befinitely be back.
We went to this restaurant on the way to the Imax. The food was amazing. We shared the twice cooked pork hock and then had a Thai beef salad and a Thai prawn salad. Really authentic in taste and balance of salty/sour/sweet/chilli. Service was a bit slow but our server was very friendly.10/10
Food is always fresh. When we asked for really spicy.... it is really spicy which is fantastic. Great customer service. 👌
This is my 1st time trying Thai Food, the reception girl was very kind Decent & lovely... she suggested me a very awesome dish oh $12.5.
This is the pic.
Look forward to try again...
Authentic, cheap and really tasty Thai food. Spice levels are high (which i like!) but you can ask for milder. Beer and house wine now available. I'll be back 🙂
