It's a famous old pub with hardworking & efficient staff. Has a jukebox with a large selection of hit tracks from different genres (from 70s onwards). Has a decent pool table ($3 per game). Wide range of beverages and cocktails. Has a private Lounge upstairs with free pool table. Can be booked for private events. Has an open terrace with sitting (mini beer garden) for smokers. It gets more crowded there at times than the bar. They sell fresh pizzas for snack until 11PM but not regularly. Exford is famous for its month long comedy nights. It has a Bottle Shop that's open till 4AM. A favorite pub for many & decent crowd on most days.
I love this little place in Chinatown, nice wood panelling and some booths. In winter they've got a dark beer on tap that isn't some ridiculous novelty chocolate honeycomb thing that they got a free keg of from a supplier, it's actually something drinkable. On a weekday it's nice and quiet, gets busy of an evening if there's a gig or something on nearby, but the crowd is a good mix and it's a nice atmosphere and have happily sat in there working on my laptop while the place is busy. It's a good pub that reminds me of your average, no frills London local
Down to earth bar! If you want to go to a bar with good atmosphere and good people this is the bar. Also bonus is the bottlo attached to it. On the night I decided to sink a few there a free comedy show broke out in the bar area and I was one of the lucky few there to watch some really good comedians l both legendary and new comers. Highly recommend you go if you want to hang out with real people
