The chilli lobster with corn, pipis and noodles was absolutely delicious. The chilli sauce was perfect To, not too sweet like some other places. To finish it off, had the durian pancakes.
During this time of struggle in Melbourne, Killiney delivered a very great meal. Hope they keep this deliver service after the pandemic. My new go to for lobster.
Had takeaway from Killiney and we ordered a few dishes to share. We ordered the char kuay teow, chicken rice, prawn and fish cake combination hor fun and the fried radish cake
The portions were reasonable and we really enjoyed the char kuay teow and hor fun. The flavours were good and i really liked it
The chicken rice was yums as well and it came with the different sauces and soup which was nice
everytime i miss the taste of original laksa, Killiney always be my first destination to go... their thick creamy laksa soup and generous toppings make my tummy (and heart) full, best choice when the weather’s chilly... a glass of their cold tea tarik to freshen up in the end..
Finally found something I like in killiney! Love the laksa and the fried fish was perfectly fried. It was very affordable at $11.90 for this menu. Would definitely order this again!
Great food for a great price! Set meals for $16 dollars, I eat here at least once a week. For $16 dollars you get an entree of your choice, a main of your choice and a drink of your choice. I always get the veggie spring rolls or Kaya toast.
The vegetarian menu is great also. The flat rice noodles is delicious and under 10 dollars.
Service is pretty good, and very accomodating to my picky eating habits.
Amazing service, friendly and great ambience to have an amazing Singaporean cuisine. Thumbs up on the delicious foods with the traditional taste. Just amazing!
Nice Singaporean Restaurant. Very enjoying the authentic Singapore Food, nice milk tea and kaya toast. Best! Service is friendly too! We will definitely be back again. Cha Kway Troy has a wok hey

I’ve tried the one in Bourke Street so now it was time to try this one in Carlton for lunch today. The special of $16 included five spring rolls and a laksa plus an iced lychee tea. Service was fast and although you have to order at the counter, mine was taken at the table. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the extra roti I asked for.
Food was good, although the spring rolls were bland. Laksa plentiful and not too spicy.
You can eat inside or out plus there is takeaway.
Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Parking is okay.
Went there on a Sunday night. There weren't many people, about 3 tables other than us. Ordered a mee pok and fried hor fun (prawn and fish cake). We got free drink coupons from school (choice between ice lemon tea or soy milk (we asked for no ice )), so we got two cups of soy milk for free :).
Service was alright. Food came quick, and the taste was alright. Nothing too special, flavour was alright.
However, the portion was huge for me, so I struggled to finish my food. Asked my SO to finish it for me at the end 😂.
It's a good remedy when you miss home. ☺️
Highly recommended!! I am from singapore. After few days here, miss home food. So tried the horfun and mee goreng. Shocked...it taste even better than spore!! Thumbs up!! Would come back again esp for the horfun!! 👍👍👍👍👍
