I went to Bon Bon Boy Collins Square and ordered the pho. The soup was so good & veggies was fresh. The staffs are very friendly as well. Definitely gonna come again

My go to for a quick, consistently delicious pho. I like that you’re able to add your own herbs to your tasting, and the pho broth always seems fresh. The quality of the beef meat is great and not typical of a takeaway place! The negative reviews surprise me but I haven’t ventured away from my pho

Wow some really bad reviews here that I didn’t read before trying. Based on the bbq pork Banh Mi I was very happy with my meal. Larger than normal roll and a tasty pork filling that was still warm. Plenty of salad and the inclusion of chilli that I was offered. I think $8.50 is a reasonable price to pay for a quick lunch roll.

A plus for me was the bench area where you could add chilli, additional coriander (fresh from the bunch). Nice touch.

They have a bit of a lunch combo of a pho cup, spring roll and a drink for $13.50 which may not be the deal of the century but would probably do the trick. Would certainly return for a quick Banh Mi in the future.

I love this place! Best pho which is made with Wagyu beef! Also love the station where you can add fresh herbs to all your food. Today I tried the vermicelli salad and it was delicious. A little pricey for Vietnamese food court food but still delicious!
