Excellent customer service, lovely staff and best location. One time I ordered a latte and as she was preparing my order, I noticed the Pumpkin Latte poster and I initiated a talk with the staff out of excitement. Next thing, she offered me a free upgrade and made me a whole new Pumpkin Spice Latte. Such a lovely gesture. The Starbucks in Southern Cross is my go to place for breakfast especially during my work from home schedule or one of those sleep-in days. After 4PM they have great value half price deals which is definitely a steal.
WHAT A BIG MUG!!!
When you order a large coffee from stat buck to have in you get this bad boy. The mug is only $6.10 witch is a bargain. One negative here was I’ve hand better lattes for less, but that could just be my preference rather then there fault. This is still a grate location with comfy chairs and nice people, I encourage everyone to check it out when they get a chance.
I love Starbucks. This branch is very good. A lot of places to set and enjoy your coffee. Good for studying or reading. The staff are wonderful.
A very convenient place, located at the southern cross station. Fast service and friendly staff. It’s a very crowded and busy place though.
Five star review more for customer service than anything else. I was tired, thought I lost my purse and didn’t realise I was meant to select my breaky roll from the cabinet. Rather than advise me of my oversight the lovely girl went and grabbed it and processed my order with such a joyful tone She also spelt my name correctly too - not that that’s a biggy. After the lack of service I received yesterday from a woman in customer service for Vline/Metro at Southern Cross near the bus terminal. She didn’t look at me once, was gruff and chastised me for not getting a ticket at the country town I had left from - the ticket vendor only opens a couple of hours in the afternoon and this was early morning. I had to repeat information a few times and only after not being able to understand her mumbling, when I requested she look at me so I could hear, did she actually turn her head my way - still no eye contact. Why do these people work in Customer Service?
