I don't drink bubble tea often, so can't really compare the taste with other brands. But, the whole experience at QV Chatime was good. I had a Hot Choc Hazelnut and it was better than I expected. It was lighter than regular hot choc drinks, very drinkable. The young lady who took my order was friendly. The place wasn't crowded like other stores, had enough seats.
Got the pomegranate green tea with aloe vera this time - After trying different types of drinks with Chatime, I have concluded their fruit teas are the best and I’m sticking with them. The tea was well balanced in flavour with a good ratio of tea to topping. The service waa friendly and also quick.
I've been wanting to try Chatime for a while and came across one in QV today. Service was good, and they made sure my tea was made to my liking (I asked for no sugar and they let me try it before sealing it to make sure it was good) I will definitely come back to this location next time :)
Great to find a chatime thats not soo packed tgat you havr to queue up before waiting for your drinks.
I got the matcha latte and thai milk tea. Both was great with great flavoring.
Service was good.friendly. A little bit slow.. had to wait aboit 10min for mine? Not sure why.. my matcha was done but the thai milk tea was a bit of a wait.
This branch is much better than the one in Emporium, as the tea flavour is more pronounced and doesn't taste diluted. Both times I've been here I bought the Premium Pearl Milky Iced Tea, the first time getting a cold one, the second time a hot one. I always get no sugar because I don't like my beverages to be sweet and the pearls are sweet enough to complement the tea.
The good thing here is that you can sit inside and catch up with friends whilst enjoying your beverage.

1 ) Premium Milk Tea - a stock stronghold of the Chatime brand is their Milk Tea. I personally don't like pearls hence choose the one without it. Go for it without asking them to tone down the sugar or ice!
2 ) Strawberry Ice Tea - comes with Black or Green Tea options, my taste favours the black tea as it's more dense and not too overpowering.
I do like their drinks, hence recommend a drop in if visiting the mall !
This place has become my hangout place! My favourites are the roasted milk tea and the jasmine milk tea. The new Make Summer Pop Mango and Passionfruit Sparkling Tea is also very delicious!
One of my favourite drinks stores, I've been a loyal customer for chatime for a while now. Definitely love their green tea drinks with mango and passion fruit being my favourites.
Quality can be a bit inconsistent sometimes such as sweetness level and flavours.
In terms of milk tea drinks I highly recommend the premium pearl milk tea if your a fan of pearls, or the Earl gray.

I love the bubble tea there especially roast milk tea and Assam milk tea with pearl.
The new promotional material is odd. But it really works with their tagline satisfy your strange, which attracts alot of newbies. The store has been there for a while but the overall store is well maintained. I always go for their lychee GT with mix of Herbal Jelly and Lychee Jelly. The taste of the toppings really compliment the drink well.

The drinks are fresh and consistent taste, the staffs are friendly, and the location is the best one to find.
Only sometimes might wait quite long if it's crowded, but still reasonable.
Try Taro Milk Tea with Custard (and pearl if you like) and the Earl Grey Milk Tea is sooo fragrant.
I ordered a lychee frozen with no sugar yesterday, the staff do me a full sugar one at the beginning. After I asked, they told me that normally only half sugar available, so that the label didn’t show sugar level. Then, they told me the potential possibility of uneven stirring and do me a no sugar one. That is my first time try frozen with lychee flavor, tastes good, will come again.
I enjoy that the app is so easy to use and the staff are always so friendly. I usually order the honeydew bubble tea with grass jelly and it's the best!
This place is absolutely amazing. Chatime did a really good job here at QV, the atmosphere is nice, warm and cosy and the staff is really friendly, their milk tea/teas option is amazing, and also tastes really good. This place is probably the best bubble tea store in the whole of Australia.
Best Cha Time store I’ve been to! Staff were extremely friendly and service was quick. I really felt welcomed by the staff and left in such a good mood. Love a good service!😊
