Loved the souvlaki, salad and chips!! Everything was really nice and fresh. Best pita I’ve ever had as well! 😋
4.5 stars. Clean, open, welcoming space, long and narrow that's just on the right side of 'designed' but essentially allows the diners to create the atmosphere. Very friendly staff.
Food was great - and advice is given about balance and quantity: the danger with Greek food is that you over order! Mainly went with the seafood - octopus, whitebait with the Odyssey shared plate along with salmon souvlakia plus the lamb kleftiko for the meat lovers. Add the three cheeses (feta, saganaki, haloumi), chips and fabulous zucchini fritters and all in all, pretty darned good. Only thing that let the meal down was the mesogeios salad, which tasted of rather old tomatoes and cucumbers. Add a decent bottle of Shiraz for under $50 and a bill of $350 for five people (yes, we did have 3 bottles!) was more than fine. We left feeling full.
I’m a local, been here lots of times and always have had good food and a good experience. My recommendation are the meat platter, seafood platter and the three cheeses. Yum and yum.
Celebrated my dad’s 60th birthday here last night, and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Ordered the moussaka, calamari, lamb among other things. Portion sizes are very generous, and very reasonably priced. Would happily eat here again.
Originally we had planned to attend a different Greek restaurant but it was booked out for a function st the time.. THANK GOD or else we never would’ve come across Triakosia. A family oriented Greek restaurant that is authentic and traditional. Delicious food and great service. Cocktails = amazing!! Food = amazing!! Not a bad thing thing to say about this place
Not sure about the rest of the menu but MUST try stuffed calamari. Been here twice, had it twice SO GOOD. Need to work on the chips a bit though. A little soggy
On our most recent visit to Triakosia, we were greeted by the fragrance of a spit roast over the large charcoal grill – a mixture of chicken and lamb. All that meat was a tempting sight, but we knew what we had come for: the lamb kleftiko.
Kleftiko is a Greek classic: a chunk of lamb, usually leg or shoulder, cooked very slowly in paper or some other wrapping to ensure that the meat doesn’t dry out. It’s accompanied by potatoes, and sometimes by cheese. The Triakosia version is one of the best I’ve had. It’s seasoned generously with salt, garlic, rosemary, and oregano. The garlic aroma in particular is well infused in the meat. The photograph of this dish does not do it justice – you can’t photograph an aroma, nor can you capture the soft texture of the meat. The photo shows a piece of meat with melted cheese on top – that can never look graceful.

Myself, and a handful of friends decided to enjoy my husbands birthday dinner here. We were all happy with our food, you can never go wrong with Greek food. You always leave with a happy satisfactory belly!
Great modern fresh Greek. Lovely friendly hosts. Great platters and great salad options. Nice space and ambiance. Rare on Queens Parade. My kids loved it too.
Had dinner here this evening. Restaurant was quiet. I was greeted at the door by the waitress and shown to the table I'd booked. I had a wait a little for my friend so had a loo at the menu. My lent fasting means that I am restricted in my diet however the menu had a great mix of meat and dairy free dishes. We ordered the spanakopita and zucchini fritters to start and followed this up with the calypso (calamari) pita souvlaki. The souvlaki was great and served on real pita. Hand cut chips were a perfect touch and took me right back to Greece 🤤. We washed it down with an Assyrtiko from Santorini. Loukoumades were
perfect to share for the two of us. I will be back again!
Great quality food! We had the most tender octopus dish and a delicious gyros that practically melted in our mouths! Not to mention the amazing loukoumades for dessert. 10/10 highly recommended and cannot wait to visit again.
Excellent food, flawless service, great atmosphere. We went on a Wednesday night when the rebetika band performs and it made the experience even better!
Triakosia was a beautiful restaurant with really lovely food. It was a really friendly warm place to have dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices were great as well. I will definitely be going back. Thanks for a great night out.
An accidental find - my girlfriend and I were craving some authentic and tasty Greek cuisine & through a happy coincidence we ended up at Triakosia.
The service was amazing, the food exceptional and we really enjoyed dining in an exposed-brick and open kitchen environment.
I was genuinely and happily surprised to see that the bill was lower than my expectations - so the value here is beyond any expectations.
It’s worth the drive to (we aren’t close by) and I’m already thinking and planning when we can visit again. Huge kudos to the team here. It made our experience all the better & big advocates. Thank you.
Great service and friendly staff who cater to all your requests quickly and happily. The food was incredibly great! My goodness! I was racing about it all the way home and then the next day to my friends. Highly recommend!
We dined at Triakosia on Sunday and our experience was wonderful! Great food, great service. Very welcoming. Definitely will be dining there again soon. Keep up the great work guys 😊😊😊
