We’ve been to this little gem of a place a few times now and the service is consistently good, the service staff are very attentive and the food is excellent. If you have a small group it’s even better because you get to try the metre long pizza!
Verace Pizzeria is one of the best pizza venues I have eaten at. They serve traditional pizzas that literally are the best in the world and I was in heaven eating at this place. Their service is admirable but they were run off their feet the entire time we were there. The venue is fantastic and my only issue is the location. If this place was closer, say on the Northern Beaches, I could eat here every week. Do yourself a favour, make a booking and make the journey to Macquarie Park!

This restaurant offers a wide variety of Italian dishes. We ordered a bunch of pizza, pasta and arancini. The pizza is delicious and they are generous with their toppings and seasoning. The black truffle pizza was my favourite and it was very decadent and yummy. Great service as well.

We both love Italian - always have in fact. We’d heard of Verace Pizzeria in Sydney - the sister venue to their place in Melbourne which actually won Best Pizza in the World for their Margherita pizza. Their menu showed they do much more than just outstanding pizza though. We’d been wanting to visit them for a while and struggled to fit it in with everything else. Here was our chance and we grabbed it!
I would recommend black truffle pizza and seafood risotto. Good ambience and yummy fresh pizza. The pizza’s are amazing through take away too.

Ok - food; Starters - Calamari fritti was nice and light, no heavy batter to ruin the flavours. Mains; maialina and camberetti pizzas.. omg... pizza heaven. Have looked for a good authentic italian and now found it.

I made a last minute booking over the phone on a Friday and felt so lucky they could take us. The food was amazing and service was attentive.
There were 6 adults and we ordered:
* 2 x calamari - probably would only order 1 serving for the same amount of people
* rocket salad
* 3 pizzas (diavola, capricosa, margherita STG) - all outstanding, the pizza crust was the best part.
* seafood spaghetti - amazing, just enough sauce to cling to the spaghetti with a a generous serving of seafood
* gnocchi alla sorentina
* tiramisu
*coffee semi freddo
The food was so good we managed to finish everything and I cant wait to return.
Ours visitors were from overseas and they loved all the food and were very impressed.
Ive had terrible experiences at another popular pizza place in sydney and have left with massive headaches and extreme thirst which i believe is due to MSG in the sauces.
I felt nothing but a full stomach and 100% satisfaction after my meal at Verace!
Ordered:
1. Arancini - great tasting starter
2. Lamb shoulder ragu pasta - love the texture of the pasta, a great dish again
3. Gamberetti pizza - I don’t really eat prawns, I picked out the prawns and this pizza is still great tasting, the rocket and cheese goes really well together with the pizza tomato sauce
4. Tartufata pizza - the truffle smells so good, it is not over powering at all, it’s an excellent pizza (5/5)
5. Aperol spritz - great taste, not too strong, just right
Will I go back: yes 100%
Tip: even though it’s tucked away at Macquarie Park, this place is packed all the time, so it’s better to book ahead.
Great food, good service. Came here on 2 different nights, on my week long stay in macquarie the park. First night had takeaway gnocchi and graloc bread which was delicious. Second night had the mushroom risotto and a slice of pizza, both great! Place gets quite busy and loud. Have to book in advance but they have online booking which is convenient.

Gorgeous pizza and pasta. Sauce on pasta tasted like home, amazingly tasty home made pasta sauce. That was an experience I'll remember.

Verace has been causing a big stir in Macquarie’s business park for a few years now. It’s extremely popular with the corporate lunch crowd, and has been tapping into the breakfast scene too. I thought Verace’s slightly out-of-the-way location would deter those looking for a weekend pizza feast, but I couldn’t be more wrong. It was packed for our Sunday lunch!
