The Flour Factory is a most attractive place – heavy jarrah tables and an eye-catching bar, its fascia made of jarrah offcuts, comfortable chairs, striking light fittings, it really has a great look and feel, with a large window adorned with the name peeping out over Queen Street. The wine list at Flour Factory is small but thoughtfully put together with a good range of prices, varieties and regions represented. A bottle of Castelli Estate 2017 Great Southern Riesling called and exceptional it proved – lemon blossom and baked quince aromas; crunchy juicy palate of lime pith, green apple skins and lemon juice the bright acid lingering on and on…
Stopped in on the way home from work on my own. Had a delish mushroom.gnocchi and the broccolini. Loved the lemon labnah that came with it. Service was great with helpful and friendly staff. Not many Vegetarian options if that's what your looking for
Incredibly good food and wonderful collection of gins. We opted for the "feed me" menu and were not disappointed, food was excellent. I'd also recommend using the spin-the-wheel option for gin, I loved the two ones I ended up with. And finally, must mention the service - absolutely fantastic, our waitress was knowledgeable, friendly and super accommodating for our dietary requirements. All around wonderful experience.

I had a catchup with my girlfriends. We chose the feed-me menu. The waitress asked if we have any dietary requirements. Our dietary requirements were no goats cheese, no lamb and no cauliflower.
We had all these food for sharing between 3 of us.

The food selection was really good and sufficient for all of us. We have enough food.
They have a gin wheel and you can spin it for $12 for a selection of Gin.
My girlfriend wanted to have hot tea but unfortunately, they don't serve hot tea as we are told. We are a little disappointed.
We also used our entertainment book for a discount which is a decent discount on the food and drinks we ordered.
Dined here alone when traveling for work. Impressive looking venue. I was seated in the restaurant area rather than the bar. It can sometimes be difficult to order well from sharing type menus when I'm dining alone but I had no trouble here. The crab and apple donuts (little buns) were amazing and the alfajores (biscuit with dulce de leche and raspberry) was great for a small dessert after eating too much dinner. Service was very good and the price was decent too.
The flour factory provides a very rustic and industrial feel - albeit being seated in the far corner. The different selections of bread was very good, but I felt like the food was alright - especially for the price.

Went for dinner for a friend's birthday. We were seated in the bar as we had a big table. We had the 'feed me' menu. This was a great idea for such a large table. There was a good amount of food and most dishes were very tasty. The potatoes are delicious as to was the mushrooms dish and slow cooked lamb/beef? Meat just fell off the bone and there was plenty of it for everyone. Only dish we thought was quite average was the roast chicken. It was also not cut into enough pieces for the whole table which made it a little awkward serving wise. Love the roast garlic on bread. The main downside for me is the bar area is extremely noisy when it's busy, add loud music and you have to yell to talk to the people right next to you. I was losing my voice after an hour. I have eaten here before in the restaurant area which is quieter. If you want to have a conversation without yelling suggest asking to eat in the restaurant. Overall however it was an enjoyable evening.

The kitchen seemed to be underground so could see all the poor staff going up and down the stairs
First of all, menu was very limited and was overall disappointed with the food
Nothing really stood out and flavours were all a bit dull for my personal taste
The mushrooms and duck fat potatoes were the best
The others average, esp the beef which was very overcooked
I would perhaps come back for a cocktail or for a side of chips and a drink-most likely not for dinner
But for a date, worth trying out as vibes are nice!

Hard to rate this particular visit as the first time we visited it was so busy we walked straight through.
This time on a covid stricken night in Perth where everywhere was quiet, we had a Gin Fizz and a Red Wine, both nice.
Overall, I have rated it be fair but will make sure we are with a party next time.

We went there to celebrate birthday and chose the gin gala dinner. Everything was perfect and loved that we had one craft gin per dish. The variety and combination was awesome. The lamb was the best I've had!. Really worth the $85pp. You get 4 different craft gins and to accompany each of rhe 4 dishes.
The most perfect wedding venue! My partner and I got married here on 16.04.2022, we could not have asked for a better venue. Kahla, the coordinator, was amazing and takes the stress out of organising the food and drinks and other big ticket items for set up. The food was delicious and all our guests loved what was on offer.
The upstairs area was perfect for the ceremony and reception, we had a cocktail style set up and were able to set it up exactly how we wanted. The Flour Factory were very accommodating and I could not have asked for a more perfect day. I would recommend to anyone looking for an inner city venue for their wedding with beautiful high wooden beam ceilings and a blend of outdoor in The Sherry (a courtyard style area) and the open area we used for the ceremony which then turned into a dance floor.
Thanks for having us and we can't wait to be back and celebrate many more occasions here.
Food and drinks were incredible as always, but the highlight of the night was the service by Roisin. Will definitely be coming back each week to have the pleasure of being served by her. Incredible venue with even better staff.
Had some great gin related shenanigans on a Wednesday night. The gracious Bonnie was kind enough to be serving us that night and had excellent knowledge of gins and served up some fantastic combos. My thanks goes to Bonnie for making the night grand.
Absolutely love this place. Will become my new regular. Staff are great and very friendly, the range of gins is huge and the atmosphere is excellent. See you all next Wednesday!
Fantastic place for after work drinks and THE place if you're a Gin connoisseur. Not sure which Gin, then spin the wheel and let see what Fin your fate holds.
An enjoyable Atmosphere for dining, If you should plan on a group catch up for a delicious cocktails, the Flour Factory would be right up that ally! However, we opted for dinner date night and found that it was a bit too ‘Noisy’ for our preference and did not stay long, still an enjoyable experience though. It was most pleasing that The Lychee Gin cocktail we had and our meals (gnocchi, potatoes with blood orange & the asparagus) were delicious, each dish was cooked to perfection.
We went to a gin masterclass hosted by Issac.
Issac was knowledgeable and very friendly, for the cost per ticket its definitely worth checking it out, you get a welcome drink and three tasters plus food at the end.
