Breakfast here was a pleasant start to the day. I would recommend heating the plates though as by the time you get half way though the hot food it's started going cold. But the view over the pool and the Golf course and lake is amazing. Plenty of selection for breakfast.

Beautiful setup for a romantic dinner at the Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in Hunter Valley with subdued lights and cosy music. Food is great with a touch of modern Australian cuisine. They have a nice selection of wines and the staff is fast and friendly. Nice surprise for a resolution restaurant. Highly recommended. Bookings essential around holidays.

We really enjoyed our meals, enough portion and great quality. Calamari was super tasty as it was marinated properly. Burgers were nice and delicious as well. Just next to a golf course with great view to a lake. Staff were friendly. Overall highly recommended if you are looking for a lunch or dinner in Hunter valley.
