This place makes a really good Pad Thai! We were a party of five sharing different meals, but I loove a good Pad Thai. Everything else was also delicious, flavours were amazing and I ate more than I could handle. The staff were very attentive, kind and good at explaining the meals, which you don't always get in an asian-food type place.
They've got really tasty vegan options as well, that are anything but boring and flavourless!
I'd happily come back here and bring my friends, it's a really good price range for delicious food and excellent service!

Love the vibe in Eastland’s townsquare. Had the beef rendang and it was delicious. Portion was huge too, couldn’t finish it! Husband had the nasi goreng which was also delicious. We will be back

Went here on a Sunday night. Really impressed. Great decor, friendly service and the food was fresh and delicious. I had “Buddy’s Beef” and the it was so tender and flavoursome I used a spoon to finish every last drop of sauce. We will be back!
I love the interior design of this place. They have quite an extensive menu consisting of South East Asian dishes but we usually go for their hawker items.
Their laksa broth had a complex taste with just the right combination of spices. All the prerequisite trimmings were there including the all important fried eggplant. The pad thai looked bland and colourless but it actually tasted quite good. The rice noodles were fresh, the dish was well seasoned and there was a tiny hint of wok hei.
A pleasant experience was had by all.
Entrees made a very good impression - small portions, snackable and yummy. All four of us ordered different main dishes but the fried kuey tiaw and curry laksa were a little under seasoned and we had to ask for salt but otherwise flavours still there. The tofu came cold in the center 😱 but Ang Ang replaced us with a brand new hot steaming tofu without any hassle.
Came here for dinner last night and enjoyed the meal. Started with satay chicken skewers and BBQ pork buns, both were tasty. For main had chicken stir fry and beef rendang with coconut rice and roti. Will go back.

Excellent in every way. On a quiet Tuesday by Eastland standards we wandered in for a Malaysian meal as my friend wanted Malaysian
From the friendly and knowledgable greeting to the fish cakes entree to the main crispy duck and prawns and the fado Vado takeaway everything was delicious and tasty.

Food was very tasty. My slow cooked beef was soft and not too spicy. Just enough kick in it. Great taste of Malaysian cuisine.
Food here is nice. The fish fillet soup with noodles is nice. Fried kway tiao was not bad but personally, I preferred the one at Malaya Inn. Nasi lemak was nice, Hainan chicken rice was not really good and authentic. Hor fun was not bad. Overall, food is nice.
Kway Teow and Spring rolls on Vietnamese salad were great.
Scallops were bland and veggies with them were average.

Been here twice so far and both times have been a splendid experience.
The interior design is truly inviting, it has tall ceilings with wooden posts and furniture to give it a cozy, rustic traditional feel. If you want a casual restaurant with still nice ambience and reasonably priced food, this is the place.
The menu is extensive, catering a range of soups, noodles and rice dishes as well as seafood. Both times I very much enjoyed my meal. And most of all, the service is impeccable and absolutely perfect - friendly, lots of smiles, I look forward to returning!
Delicious food, assertive and helpful staff and plenty of gluten free dishes that were divine. Will definitely be visiting again, thank you! 😊

Fast friendly service, very nice wine, food was bargain. Perfect rice, sweat and sour chicken - tasty lunch for round $12. Very good.
