Awesome day out !!! It was a fantastic and wonderful time :) I had a great time with a kind dirk guide!! and I was really happy to get the experience of driving a boat.

I booked this experience in order to surprise my boyfriend on our anniversary. I am so glad I did! At first I was worried he'd get seasick, as he usually does, but he had a total blast! This experience has everything; Cruising leisurely around, looking at those dream waterfront properties and marvelling the Sydney Harbour Bridge as we went underneath as well as feeling a bit of the adrenaline and seaspray when cutting through small waves.
Our guide, Dirk, was very informative and ensured the whole ride was smooth and enjoyable. He also took photos for us and sent them to our email that same day.
I couldn't recommend it more highly as a must do Sydney attraction, for residents and tourists alike.

We had a blast. I purchased this self drive boat experience for my wife’s birthday and she absolutely love it. Dirk was nice and easy to talk with. I get the chance to drive the boat as well which is fun. The boating experience is safe. Few splashes but on a sunny day, it would be perfect as it was raining that day but still good water . It’s actually worth it. I highly recommend this activity for anyone

My brother and I booked on the basic tour, prior to completing my booking I had some queries and Dirk was very helpful and prompt in responding to my emails.
The booking process was easy and effortless. I received an email confirming the booking and then the day before the tour I was sent a further email with arrival instructions etc.
The briefing prior to boarding the boat was helpful and Dirk fully explained the procedures and features of the boat.
My favourite part of the tour was being in the open waters and having the ability to have some fun chasing waves and carrying out manoeuvres. We were given the flexibility of having fun whilst at the same time remaining in a safe environment. As you are each in your own boat I think it is another positive that everyone can take the tour at their own speed and add different levels of excitement to it based on how comfortable they feel, and how adventurous they wish to be!
The boats were easy to drive and get the hang of. My whole experience of the tour was very pleasant and I would certainly recommend it to others.
Going on this tour also provides you with different views of the harbour, bays that others would simply not be able to get. Dirk is informative on each area you are visiting and allows you enough time to soak in the views and take some photos

I'm not very water-savvy, and our guide did everything promised as far as safety and training, and letting you get used to the boat before going out.
You're not likely to be taking pictures easily, even if you're a passenger, when you're in a smaller boat in the waves, so you're given the opportunity to stop and take some, and your guide takes some of you as well.
You hit the major highlights of the harbor that you might see on larger cruises, but you're THERE in front of them at water level.
It is a solid 2 hours of small boating action, so use the loo first and expect to get water spray from the harbor waves, and enjoy it.
Very glad I took this tour as part of my trip here.
