Fantastic food and great location - Kung Po Chicken is my absolute favourite - come here every time im in Sydney, it never disssapoints, looking forward to next time
A buzzing restaurant situated in the restaurant precinct of Barangaroo. Lotus offers a strong seafood menu (which I love).
We went here as a group so opted for the $79 banquet menu because we wanted to try a variety of dishes. They were nice enough to substitute the beef option on the menu with an alternative just for me because I do not eat beef. However, I was told by the beef eaters that the dish was fantastic 😁
We asked for a recommended wine to go with the menu and it turned out to be a great medium bodied red (Cabernet Franq 2017 Marq from the Margaret River region) .
Food and service is great here.

Always a pleasure to dine at Lotus. We ordered a few staples, dumplings (prawn & calamari, bbq duck & spinach), beef short ribs with honey ponzu, salt & pepper tofu, steamed fish with ginger & shallot and fried rice.
