A+ for cuisine and location! Attached to the Pullman at Circular Quay, you'll find the restaurant on the 1st floor, one floor down from the hotel's lobby.
Enjoyed the four-course tasting menu which opened with two seafood course: some succulent tuna (after some initial bread), followed by seared scallop. This lead to an amazing wagyu beef main course, full of flavour and well complemented with truffle sauce, accompanied by deliciously prepared mushroom and potato. A chocolate mousse cake wrapped up an impressive meal. It may sound weird, but I can recommend the Pink Lemonade if you are looking for a soft accompaniment to the meal.
The portions were well sized, making for a filling (and absolutely satisfying) meal. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout. The dining space itself is as artistic as the food, and offers and excellent view over Circular Quay.
Definitely a recommendation if you are looking for amazing food, views, and staff!
We had the three course lunch yesterday. Initially, we were a little hesitant based on the reviews - but it was a fantastic experience. The food was really delicious, prompt and friendly service too. We’ll definitely be back.
We loved everything about this place starting with the location. You are away from the hustle and bustle and loud music but can still see everything including the bridge so the location is awesome. The service and food were impeccable
We selected the 4 course pescatarian dinner and it was Devine and the service was to the highest standard
Highly recommend
