Great day out took my mum out for her birthday and thoroughly enjoyed our day. Floor staff were great even added an extra table for us as our group ended up with a few extra people, bar staff were a little flat but were friendly enough. Food was great all meals came out promptly. Beers were top quality tried the whole range but loved the american wheat beer. Keep up the good work guys will definitely be coming back
Amazing place. We had our wedding reception here. Aoife and Rachel were absolutely fantastic and set up the function room beyond what I was expecting. I can't recommend this place enough! Great job ladies x
I dined here during the week for a work team dinner. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share:
- Sharing board - a great starter, my favourite bit was the smoked duck pate
- Sweet potato fries with feta and oregano - can't go wrong, always a people pleaser. Plenty of feta as well!
- Smoky bbq chicken wings - Very saucy and finger licking good.
- Bug tail mac and cheese - I quite liked this dish. There were mixed reviews around the table though if it was compared to the standard mac and cheese side dish which we also ordered. I thought the bug was cooked really well and thought the seafood taste through the dish made it a bit more fancy than just run of the mill mac and cheese
- Blackened barramundi with sweet potato - so tender and sweet potato is always a winner in my books
- Beef brisket - smoked to perfection.
The thing that let down the experience for me was actually where we were seated and the service. We had booked for 12 people so unfortunately because of the time of year, we were put right near the back door inside. It was quite noisy with staff people traffic. There was also a mix up with orders and food took a bit longer to come out than anticipated.
Overall, I thought the food here was great and would dine here again in a smaller group and request a table either outside or close to the windows.
I attended a function here. Located on King Street Wharf it has a nice outlook onto the water.
The catering was all tasty finger food. It included bite sized beetroot tarts, lamb spring rolls, mac and cheese balls, sliders, chicken skewers, and risotto patties. we finished with some chocolate and caramel tarts. The service was friendly and efficient. It was an open tended bar. Orders taken quickly and drinks served fast.
4.5/5 Husband and I recently attended a special event at The All Hands Brewing House. It was called the Boilmaker Dinner on the 18th September 2019 which had a 4 course meal which was paired with beers and whiskey. Sounds good? Let me tell you more. All Hands Brewing House (AHBH) is located on King St Wharf and is a microbrewery which boasts of delicious beer. I understand the Boilermaker Dinner was an annual dinner that AHBH hosts. We are treated to a cocktail before the dinner commences.
e chose this place for an after hours team dinner. We chose this due to the central location at the picturesque Darling Harbour. It is within a comfortable stroll to the Town Hall rail station. The experience was enhanced though by the comfortable and friendly atmosphere complemented by the efficient and pleasant staff who clearly care about giving great customer service. The in house brews offered a good variety and the quality was found to be truly excellent. The food on the menu easily paired with the brews and is best described as high quality comfort food.
There are five permanent taps with another four that alternate depending on the demand. Despite production having to rely on demand, it provides a creative space for Head Brewer, Sam Clayman and his team to refine and retweak seasonal releases. This is a win for beer lovers enabling Sam to experiment with different yeast strains and play around with fermentation temperatures.
The microbrewery acts as a backdrop to the bar entry housing five vessels which can produce over 5600 schooners. Exposed piping and mesh gating accentuate the timber setting giving an urban edge to a casual night out.
For the laymen out there like myself, the IBU measure indicates the hop content in the brew - impacting flavoring and stability of the beer.

All Hands Brewing is a microbrewery with a southern style comfort menu, located on King Street Wharf . All craft beers on offer here are hand crafted and brewed in their state of the art microbrewery on site! How good is that! Plenty of options when it comes to the brews, perfect for all tastes and all thirst requirements. My pick of the beers here is the Fruit Bat Sumner Ale! So so refreshing!
This is a short review because I didn't try the food but doesn't matter because it is a brewery and I just want to say the beer here is great, they have a large variety of craft beers. I didn't try all of them but the IPA is outstanding. Also the space is awesome. Go to this place and grab a beer, that's all.

A truth universally applicable in the restaurant world is that anything by the water is more about the water than the actual food / drinks. Came here on a Thursday after work and really enjoyed the view of the harbour from its nicely lit outdoor benches. There was a decent crowd of suited men and boujee young people to keep the upscale casual vibes alive but not too loud.
I liked the idea of it being a microbrewery but alas I did not particularly enjoy the Wood Duck Cream Ale that was highlighted as their signature. I thought the cream had masked the other aromas that could have given the beer a little more character.
As expected, food was priced at a premium for its proximity to the water. We had the garlic bread and fries just to accompany our drinks and it was average at best.
Not so long ago, Australians in search of a schooner of the world’s favourite hop-based beverage were limited to a choice between the competingly bland outputs of two enormous brewing companies. If you weren’t keen on the likes of Carlton, Tooheys New or VB then you were likely to be disappointed. These days, however, Sydney alone has dozens of independent breweries with more opening seemingly every month. This new wave of craft breweries has tended to be concentrated around the city’s inner west, with Marrickville in particular a hotspot.
Service was great, we were seated quickly with our reservation and enjoyed the convenience of being able to order electronically from our table at anytime that suited us.
Food and drink delivery was surprisingly prompt especially considering it was a busy Saturday night.
Food was delicious and I look forward to visiting again soon. The atmosphere and vibe of the place is also great due to seating and not feeling claustrophobic amongst others
Went on a Wednesday when they had $8.90 pints, $5 spirits and schnitzel specials. We had VIP Parma and some wings as well as a few different Keller door pints. Everything was great.
If you can get past the rowdy sports bar atmosphere from patrons - the food, staff and overall quality of this establishment is amazing. We ordered a heap of different things to try and everything came out quick, hot and delicious. Staff were very nice and helped us when ever we needed anything especially the older gentlemen who seated us and served us. The security at the door was an absolute jerk to us and customers in line but i didn’t let that reflect poorly on the actual restaurant as our experience was amazing once we were in.
