There’s something about sitting on the promenade with a glass in hand and some tasty food while gazing out over the waters of Darling Harbour. It’s a nice place to be watching the people stroll by. Tapas is the perfect grazing meal too as you get to nibble on a wide variety of smaller dishes.
We tried slow cooked lamb shoulder and chicken wings. Food was good 👍🏼👍🏼 But the thing this restaurant is obviously its location and Darling Harbour view it offers. Would definitely recommend this place.
We dined here using a 50% The Fork deal. We had the set menu (usually $49pp) which had 8 different dishes. Our favourite dishes were the prawns, chorizo and patatas bravas. The meal was plentiful and gave you a good sampling of the tapas menu. Staff were friendly and attentive. Make sure you come hungry because you get a lot of food with the set menu!
Excellent service. The sangria was delicious and refreshing. One of the few places which allows you to order from the lunch menu at dinnertime. I ordered the tasting plate to sample a few dishes. The croquet could've used more seasoning. The chorizo was grilled well, and the chicken and calamari were tasty. A generous portion of sauce on the side too. All in all, a pleasant meal with a great view at a great price.
Stopped by on a rainy night with my friend because we wouldn’t want to search around in the cold any further, and we found exactly what we wanted, a plate of dinner special! Service was good, we really liked the buttery mash, very hearty for a cold night like this.

we went to Toros to enjoy a bit of Tapas on Friday night. To our surprise we were also treated to $5 Sangria - amazing!
Ambiance: 7/10
The decor is simple on the outside, perfect for the uncertain Sydney weather, with plenty of heaters to keep the crowds warm. Inside the restaurant has warm colored walls and basic decoration too - its inviting but I felt it lacked the cultural element a little.
Service: 10/10
We were served by incredibly friendly staff that were also really attentive. Food came to us quickly as well which was an added bonus

The menu really covers every taste and has plenty of options for dietary requirements. Oh, and there is Paella!!

We ordered the chorizo which was really delicious, alongside the patatas gravas which I thought lacked a little bit of salt. The croquettes were fabulous and crunchy which was fantastic. I found the lamb skewers a little dry and tough, but the flavour was great. Similarly the veal meatballs were a bit dry. I absolutely loved the paella! It was well cooked and delicious. We ordered the vegetarian one (big bonus here!) and the seafood paella and both we absolutely wonderful.
Value for money: 7/10
Darling Harbour and the restaurants will always be a little pricey, but for a harbour dive, Toro's is pretty decent value

This place has lovely service, lovely food (meatball and chicken skewers are very lean which is 👌. Great choice for a couple dining - the portion sizes are decent enough for you to get a taste of everything, and you'll definitely leave feeling quite full!)
There was no fault about this place - the service was friendly, calm, and attentive. The manager and waitress would come to collect dishes and bowls that were done, and were very pleasant to speak to. The dishes were served quite promptly, and were presented decently too.
Would come back for the food and service, and would 100% recommend the crispy pork belly!

we visited had tasting tapas plate and a pizza to share. flavours were wonderful. everything spot on, would return again if time allowed. prices very reasonable
Have to say, everything we ate was very good. The chorizo tapas was really nice with great flavor. Main was the grilled chicken in pumpkin spew and it was also very tasty. We decided to get desert too and the chocolate fondant was to die for!
