One of the best sushi places in Sydney. Tried miso soup for the first time - absolutely delicious! Will definitely visit again. Keep up the lovely food and great service!

Amazing.
Great food. Wide selection. Extremely fresh. Service was amazing. The manager is very kind and knows the importance of good customer service. Is willing to go the extra mile for a good impression. Definitely will return. They offer a sushi train and an order service that makes the sushi fresh.

The sushi train here was $3.80 for all plates except the gold plates which where your sashimi cuts. Sushi was yummy especially the eel and crab ones. We also ordered cold udon and cold soba which came promptly.

Located inside Market City dining precinct this sushi train restaurant also serves up a la carte lunch.
I'm never a fan of sushi train since I don't like my food sitting there for a long time so I like to order from the menu.

As you can see, the food is simple but tasty and I love the Cold Soba. Autumn vibes here ....

Went here today for lunch. It's a sushi train where you can order from the tablet screen or just take it off the conveyor belt. It's nice and everything well most of the plates are $3.80 and if you bring your student ID it's 10% off discount! Really nice ambience and very friendly staff! And it's renovated on the top level of market city! Very close to Chinatown too!

At first glance, Fugetsu is a typical sushi train restaurant – food is prepared in the centre of the room surrounded by slowly moving conveyor belt circulating the finished products. But Fugetsu is so much more than just a sushi train joint, many Izakaya dishes can also be found here complemented by a good range of sake.

This is the second time we've dined here, we were impressed with the first time so we decided to give it another go. It was busy when we arrived but they sat us down promptly. A lady came and explained to us how we can order using their tablet. We prefer this because of COVID and we can also take our time looking through the menu. They have a nice selection of dishes and drinks (alcoholic ones too) at reasonable prices. The Japanese/fusion dishes were fun and delicious, there were some minor flaws in the dishes we ordered but not shocking enough to mention. We would definitely come back. Service was fantastic and quick, they made us feel very welcome and valued.

A great place for some Japanese food even at 2pm after the lunch time was passed, staff remained proactive and food were still fresh! :) The highlight was their sashimi as they had a good range of selection, which was way much better than any average sushi train you could possibly find in the city. The picture below tells it all (and it was what’s available after the rush lunch hours, too!)

Quite good sushi train in Market City. They have decent variety and orders can be taken on the individual screens. The food was fresh and tasty and the staff were friendly. Will definitely come back.

One of my favourite sushi joints, always fresh and delicious. Staff are wonderful and helpful, huge range of different dishes to order or grab straight off the train! So many drink options too. Love this place.

First impressions were excellent! Even at 2.30 after the lunch crowd was gone, staff remained proactive and upbeat! :) Had a familiar beer and sushi from the belt. Pretty fresh and would totally go back to try their other items on the menu.

Came down from Melbourne to visit some friends and while visiting Paddy's Market discovered an unexpected gem. Wonderful service and beautiful decor. Everything was so fresh, whether it was on the conveyor belt or from the ala carte menu. If I am ever back in Sydney, will definitely visit again!

Been a while since I had cold soba and I really liked the dipping sauce. There's also a lot of varieties of food compared to a lot of sushi train shops. The wait staffs are also very friendly with us. Overall a good experience :)
