Just went to this spot to grab some food and coffee. I ordered a flat white, an iced long black and a breakfast roll. It’s called ‘breakfast roll’ but it’s not a roll to me😂. The food was delicious, the sauce in it was different. Must have a try. I like their long black, it was balanced. But some bubble emerged on the surface of the milk foam. Which made the latte art look not that beautiful. But the taste was good anyway. I bought a cup with their logo on it. I just really in to these kind of simple&cute cups. Love it. Check out their modbar coffee machine as well. You cannot see that type of coffee machine very often.

The written menu has far more options than what is on the wall. For example, tea! The written menu also includes dietary advice like vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, nut free, and of course gluten free. Quite a few items are gf by default which is great, no space for mix ups there. There's a lot which can be adapted including some burgers. Despite the higher price for coffee ($5.20 for milk, $4.80 for black) it's a popular place. Their coffee is roasted in Fitzroy, Melbourne. I didn't expect that but is kind of cool. The coffee taste is nice, I got a flat white. The staff are really friendly, lovely. There are three tables outside to dine in the sunshine or shade.

July 2022 Pandan waffles!!! Soft bubbles with a unique sweet and citrusy taste with the blueberry gelato adding extra sweetness, but the fresh blueberries and strawberries are evening it out. The sesame brittle was also nice adding a nice slightly bitter and crunchy taste to bring out the other flavours. I loved the native grains too. Nice and chewy it had the soft crunchy elements in it, while the taste was both sweet and salty. The pumpkin sauce not only added a bright splash of colour to the dish but also produces a creamy texture and a good subtle flavour to bring out the seeds. The avocado mousse blended in very nicely with the sauce, seeds and tomatoes, it was very discreet but like the pumpkin sauce it enhanced the flavour of the grains. June 2022 How good is this place!! All details, big and small, are taken care of. The coffee is worth every sip of it - smooth, delicately roasted and served at perfect temperature. The food menu is concise but every meal on the menu is worth attention. Special alert - peanut brownie is divine. Iced chocolate done properly - you get a glass filled with milk and ice cream and pour liquid chocolate into the glass. Perfect experience. I love the interior design with clean interiors and a beautiful decorative ceiling. Great friendly service. Don't forget to download the app and start accruing the loyalty points!

Nice cafe on York Street opposite the Grace Hotel. We had the Porcini Nest and the IB Fried Chicken Burger. Extras were a bit dear for what they were; 1 x rasher of wood smoked bacon for $5. Extra cheese and bacon on the burger for $6 and the hand cut chips that were more like wedges; but not crispy at all. Coffee was good, though. Double ristretto was clean with a lot of flavour. Served with carafes of chilled sparkling mineral water.

Thanks IB team for a lovely breakfast for my Saturday morning quality time. I enjoyed my time there while eating your delicious breakfast suggested to me by your friendly staff. Love your cafe interior, simple, clean, bright and contemporary. Everything I ordered was great. Definitely will be back and bring my friends here next time. 👌

Elevated brunch is certainly one way to describe Industry Beans - some of the dishes look like they come from a fine dining restaurant! Flavour wise, backed up also - we had the mushroom Porcini nest, and Angus Wagyu burger with added polenta chips. Both great flavour, however the polenta chips were abit on the salty side. Not the cheapest brunch overall however but very nice.

Very beautiful coffee shop from a Melbourne toaster. They run an all white Modbar with matching grinders, and the rest of the Nordic looking place is all light gray and blonde woods. Beautiful ceilings and vaulted windows. Coffee is good, though I only had a flat white (using their Fitzroy blend). They also serve a brunch menu which looks very tasty. The place also sells an assortment of coffee beans (and will offer to grind them), as well as canned and bottled cold brew. Ambience is great with easy EDM musing and a mix of people having conversations and reading.

I can see why this place is always busy. Tasty coffee, good quality food, lots of food options, friendly service and welcoming interior. Will definitely stop by again if I’m in the area.
