Best place with the best people! Loved the environment and the staff :) - and the drinks have a very good price too :)
Ps: the burger is huge :o
Awesome burgers, cocktails and alcoholic shakes! Highly recommend the onion rings and Cheeky Porker burger...
Love this place!

No newcomer to Sydney’s burger scene, Cheekyburger on Oxford Street, Paddington looks small from the front, but is expansive in the rear. It stands out as an oddity amongst the fancy boutiques and high-end price tags the suburb is known for. With a long red padded banquette down one wall, and bar stools looking at corrugated tin on the other, the look is definitely American-style diner. Cheekyburger seem to have also adopted that country’s emphasis on service with a smile.I observe them inducting a new employee into the Cheekyburger way over a middling pair of cocktails. Bahama Mama ($15.99) takes Havana Club Especiale, Malibu, fresh pineapple juice and lemon and presents them in a glass with ice, a wedge of lime and very little fanfare. I like it slightly better than the Louisiana Punch ($15.99), which looks identical, but is made with Bulleit bourbon, sour apple liqueur, fresh apple juice and lemon, garnished with a green apple slice. It feels like paying a cocktail price for a mixed drink, so next time I'd pay closer attention to the Budweiser neon, and stick to beer. The Cheeky Double Cheese ($15.99) arrives...
American style burger joint. All I remember is the smothering flavour of American jack cheese and endless grease on my fingers. Mmm. I would leave it as a rare indulgence.
A fun little place with decent burgers. They're definitely above average. I especially likely like that the mince isn't too finely ground. It makes them extra juicy and gives a nice texture. The buns are also excellent. Soft but not too much sugar and not too stodgy like a brioche bun can be.
They have reaches on tap which is a great way to wash down a double cheeseburger and the best chilli fries in Sydney.
Everything is awesome. Tasty fries, spicy wings and cheesy burgers. Friendly wait staff, delicious food and fun American diner/bar vibes. Will definitely visit again 😀
Pretty gd diner and great for a chill night out with mates
Burger sizes are massive, love the double cheese. Huge beef patty that melts in your mouth. Definitely go for double, single patty is mot enough , should give the krispy kreme a try if you can just for the experience. The bun isnt too large which is great, perfect meat to bun ratio
The buffalo wings r decent but only worth it when its dollar wing night. Dont get "naked wings" no where near as good
Service is quite slow though so make sure youre not in a rush
Love love loved this little diner ! Fun fab and friendly service. HUMUNGOUS PORTIONS, fries and burgers! Great thick creamy Oreo milkshakes 😀🍔 love the murals and graffiti artwork oh yes and the FREE WIFI 👌 nice one dudes!

- service ok
- Mac and cheese! Cooked to perfection & tasty AF
- bacon is sizzling good

- $70 for for two people with no drinks, 2 burg & 2 sides are little steep.
- burg was good but still lacking something... Maybe better lube or combination of things. Meat was not fatty as some people suggested. Jack cheese is nice with bacon flavour.
- chicken burger not good. Tasteless and tiny piece of chicken. Chilli Mayo not so chilli.
All in all worth a visit!
Really nice place to chill out in any setting really.
We got the Wing Man deal with was a cheese burger to share, a plate of wings & two beers. This fed us well!
The wings have Frank's hot sauce on them and the crispness of the chicken itself is an awesome combo. I love ranch dressing and these guys did not disappoint!
My BF fell in love with both wings and burgers here whereas I found the burger to be very mustardy and meaty. If you love mustard this is your burger, but if your anything other than a lover of mustard it took away from every other aspect of the burger. I'd recommend trying it first hand and making your own decision on it.
This place overall is worth the visit, even if it's just for the wings and drinks on a nice arvo.
Going with the American diner motif, Cheekyburger offers all the usual suspects one would expect from a diner - comfy, massive booths, draft beer, wings and the like.
The Cheeky Porker ($13) was seriously delish - all porky and BBQ-y and just yum. Cheeky Cheeseburger ($10) was so good too. Very simple - just bun, patty, cheese, pickles, relish. But the ingredients were spot on - the bun was soft and blanketed the meat, almost sinking into the patty while the patty itself quickly griddled for crisp crust; American cheese was melted all over the meat with crunchy pickles - and that sauce! In no way traditional, but tasty as hell. Almost like a green ketchup.
Chips (an extra $3) are standard shoestring fries while buffalo wings were pricey for the portion (7 wings for $13) and not crispy, but the wing-loving diners among us scarfed every morsel. Fried pickles were incredible too ($7 for around 5 pieces).
The double cheeseburger was nice for the first few bites but then it started to taste too meaty. It seemed like the doubly pattie was overpowering the rest of the burger. After taking out a layer of meat, it was so much better!!! The sweet potato fries were amazing though. Great place to sit and service was lovely.
I'm impressed.
Burger was well made, good fat/meat ratio in the patties. The popcorn chicken was great. Service good, nice place, good decor. I liked that they didn't overcook the bacon on the burger.
The buns are far too sweet and the greasiness was enough to give me a stomach-ache later. But to be fair, I also had a ham/cheese croissant for breakfast... so the stomach-ache is not entirely CHEEKYBURGER's fault.
All said, this is one of the better hamburger places in Sydney and we'll definitely be returning.
I was pleasantly surprised by the serving size of the "side of fries". The salad was somewhat basic for the price tough. Burger was tasty and the thickshake certainly was very thick and full of flavour. Perhaps just a touch on it sweet side.
Delicious place for a quick bite! They will give the wifi password if you ask. The burger wasn't quite what I expected, but it was delicious none the less. I loved the French fries too! All in all, this was a good meal from a good restaurant! The service was great too!
$20 lunch combo (double cheeseburger, chips & drink). Great burger, super juicy and the cheese makes the burger. Staff very attentive, good selection of beers on tap. Well worth checking out
Great burgers and great service in an awesome joint. Had the double cheeseburger. Would recommend. The buffalo wings were very spicy and very saucy.
Great value and tasting burger, provided you know what to expect. They do unapologetic greasy burgers. If you are in the mood for that, perfect. Bonus for you if you go from 5-7pm as we did and sink $4.50 beers! I got the double cheeseburger.
