The shop is CLEAN and bright. The proprietors are friendly. A good menu with lots of variety. Food is cooked fresh to order, and served with a smile. Great quality, good sized serves, and I feel welcome when I go there for dinner. Great value for money, love this place!

JJ's Jovial staff and Juicy Food. A bright day in Adelaide and I found myself on Hutt st it is a street full of restaurants, bars, cafes and take away stores.
Wanting a hearty lunch at a budget I selected Hutt St Chicken and Seafood (JJ's Chicken and Food Depot.) Entered and was greeted cordially. After placing my bag at the indoor eating area (there is also an alfresco seating area outside on Hutt St) I ordered the STEAK SANDWICH W/LOT & SMALL HOT CHIPS I took my seat and after a short wait my food was ready.
I tasted the Chips first they were thin cut as pictures show perfectly cooked and seasoned with a tasty seasoning salt crisp to the bite and not at all oily some of the best I've tasted overall better than the chips in quite alot of restaurants and for only $3.50 they are great value.
Then it was time to Tackle the hearty Steak Sandwich W/lot the steak was tender and juicy the iceberg lettuce and tomatoe were crisp and fresh with a well fried egg tasty cheese bacon and beautifully caramelized onion and fresh pineapple all for only $8.00 a great filling tasty lunch for just 11.50 if you are looking for a great value quality feed in the Hutt St area I fully recommend this establishment.
