Brilliant place for superfoods and all things wholesome and nutritious! Enjoyed the breakfast parfait w granola, honey, yoghurt and seeds, a turmeric latte, avo on toast and a Sacred Grounds coffee! Stocked up on plenty of groceries too! Awesome place and such friendly staff which makes the whole experience so satisfying!
Came here for a spontaneous breakfast and just had one of those fill your container meals. I got the small but for the price you pay, it was quite worth it (probably half of what you'd pay sitting at another cafe). Probably the cheapest in Bondi as well?
I just had oats, chia and mango pudding, raspberry coulis, granola, and fruit salad. So simple but a perfect breakfast! They also had deals e.g. Coffee and a muffin. Discounts when you bring your own coffee cup too!

Just wish the buffet station food was bigger š„ they do pretty delicious food. I frequent the Surry hills and double bay branches quite frequent. The juices are delicious and food okay. Great place to lounge out in the sun.
I had shopped at About Life before, I had eaten their food (at an event they catered for) but I had never sat down at one of their in-store cafes for a meal. These work as a canteen/cafe, with salads, breakfast items (e.g. yoghurt, fruit, muesli) and hot dishes served up in cold/hot food displays for you to fill up a container, pay for your meal and go. There is also a menu with breakfast and lunch items you order like you would normally in a cafe.

this is a top place - grocery store and cafe. It sells good food for the health conscious. I stopped here for a coffee and toast but there's so much great food to eat in or take away. Buffet style service with fruits, yoghurts, eggs, lasagnes, curries, salads. I've bought a salad here before and it's a great healthy lunch option. This time I had a delicious sourdough with light oil and dukkah. Very tasty and I also got kale pesto. Yum. They also serve a range of smoothies, juices, Tea and coffee. One of my faves at Bondi Junction.
A health nut and vegans food paradise. Another case that proves just how far ahead of the healthy food game Sydney is. Their buffet has delicious options for all types of health preferences and is packed with superfoods. The menu at the cafe has fantastic options too, you can't go wrong. Highly recommended, be sure to grab a guilt-free raw dessert on the way out. Perfect for your local healthy grocery shopping too.
Love this place. When I lived nearby, it was my go to place for breakfast and lunch. It has great ready prepared salads and dishes and also a good menu to choose from. Love this entire concept of healthy and delicious food. Perfect for vegetarians.
A small cafe area with a communal table, a few smaller tables and window seating. Ā They have a good range of healthy counter food, an expansive array of juice and smoothies, including supercharged smoothies that are also super priced. The nourishing bowl is a good way to kick off the day.
I probably wouldnāt go out of my way to come back as it lacked a little in atmosphere, (no music!) but if I was in the area and after something healthy, Iād definitely pop in. I felt āgoodā after eating here, pleasantly full, healthy, and like Iād put something wholesome into my body. Iāve mentioned simplicity at various times in this entry, but thatās because it is just so prevalent throughout the place. And itās the simplicity that proves its most appealing factor. Plus there is an adjoining food market which is a treasure trove of organic and natural goodnessā¦ for those that are into that kind of thing of course āŗ
