Sushi Edo is possibly my favourite chain sushi train. A singular price per plate (bar a few exceptions which are al la carte) means you're not overthinking your sushi plate choices. Food is good for the price point. The consistency of quality in sushi presentation and outputs could be better. It felt safe eating here and social distancing measures were implemented. My favourite is treasure box and aburi salmon. A good sushi edo outlet.
Came to this eatery for a vegetarian lunch. We selected to have the half udon as the base to go for various vegetarian dishes such as sweet tofu with sushi rice, rice paper roll with vegetables, seaweed Gunkan, avocado with vegetables etc.
Honestly, I cannot find any flaws here and this lunch made us so full so full mark is deserved.
I think this branch is the best of the whole food chain in Brisbane.

So good to be able to sit down for a dine-in lunch rather than takeaway meal. There were seven other diners and two Sushi Chefs. Service was fast and the food was good. Thanks guys!
One of the better sushi edo stores. Due to being busy most of the time, they likely go through their ingredients quite quickly. This is why the sushi has been super fresh every time I’ve been. The hand rolls are especially really good for the price.
absolutely love this place i have been here at least 30 times and only had one less than terrific experience it has become a reliable go to when in the area and worth the trip if craving sushi

Decor was clean and basic made it nice and early for dinner as it can be very busy the iPad ordering system was weird really not my thing but caught on in the end large menu I wasn’t a fan of the Teriyaki wagyu it was nearly tasteless no rice or noodles with it either the sushi was all pretty yummy there was one odd one with cornflakes also overall it was pretty good I’ll be back
Although almost always very busy at dinner, as long as you out your name and number of people in the book list outside, you will eventually be seated. Food comes out fast and tastes nice.
My all time favourite sushi place! The sushi are so delicious especially the volcano and the grilled salmon sushi. Also, love the newish addition to the menu the matcha ice cream drink. It taste better than gong cha or any other shop. Good cheerful busy vibes and great customer service! Parking is a bit hard though
One of the best sushi trains I have been to recently. I really enjoyed my sushi that I got from Sushi Edo over the weekend, the place was packed so I was lucky to get a seat. I had the salmon nigiri and the wagu nigiri as well as a tuba and avocado roll. Everything was made fresh when ordered from the tablet at the table or you can pick from the train. Definitely stop by Sushi Edo if you want some delicious sushi quickly.
Love this Sushi place. So many Aburi options (seared) freshly made for you. Ordering is really easy via machine on table so you can easily add as you go. Overall an excellent experience
One of the best sushi restaurants in Brisbane. The plates all are the same price and they make them fresh. You use a tablet to make your order. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
My favourite Sushi Edo franchise. I visit for Dinner and the restaurant is fully occupied. The Sushi is freshly prepared with generous toppings with the exception of the Uni (Sea Urchin) Nigiri. Like my previous visit in April, the serving of Uni is again pitiful. May I suggest to management to raise the price of the Uni Nigiri and provide a decent serving of Uni?
The Scampi Nigiri, Crumbed Kaki (Oysters), Wagyu Nigiri and Agedashi Tofu are my favourite dishes,
Sushi quality was very good and customer service was great!
Especially the lady who served us,
Quick and friendly.
The lady also gave little toys for my 6 years old daughter when we paying there.
Definitely will go back again.
Sushi Edo has to be one of my favourite sushi trains in Brisbane, with its many variety too choose from which in my opinion is unmatched by any other sushi restaurant in the district.
The minor downside is ive been a regular for nearly 5 years and I've seen the price gradually gone up from $3.50 to $4.80, which is understandable, but the quality seems to have gone down, pending on what day it is and how busy they are. Table services has gone to average aswell and could be better with more welcoming engagement and not be treated just like a number.
