I love Gloria Jean's Coffee. Service standards at Chermside store vary depending who is on duty. Don't know his name but the guy who was on today (about 12:30pm) is always great with his customer service. He is an asset to the business & I hope the Franchisee appreciates his hard work. I've noticed if he's not on when I go there, the service can be slack and slow. He seems to have the knack of getting customers served quickly and their orders made promptly.

The coffee is OK, and the staff are friendly and it doesn’t take long to get a coffee or dessert item after you order. As for the seating, you basically have to whole food court, so if you were trying to have a conversation good luck because it’ll be noisy.

Awesome staff always friendly manager is awesome always looks out for regular customers even does coffee for us retailers in his own time if we're a bit earlier than opening times betters white chocolate mocha and salted caramel chillers kicks Starbucks butt lol
