Absolutely amazing coffee! If you want a real energy boost, be sure to order the signature Barista’s Breakfast, as it will make you super pumped for the rest of the day with an espresso AND milk coffee. The interior is cozy and has a dated feel, which matches the vibe of the Camberwell Junction area.

* Collective sigh of relief - this is their version of big breakfast and comes with eggs, sourdough, bacon, pork sausage, beans, potato rosti, spinach, mushrooms & tomato * sweetcorn fritter stack - comes with sweetcorn fritters, poached eggs, smashed avocado, whipped goat cheese, tomato chutney & radish salad

Also another amazing thing was, @collectiveespresso provides metal straw instead of a plastic one, which is reusable and does not hurt the environment.

We ordered the sweet corn fritters. Large portions, corn was crisp outside and sweet/juicy inside. Perfectly paired with the whipped goats cheese and sweet tomato chutney.
The smoked benny was impressive. The most crisp potato,tender slow cooked pork and perfectly cooked egg Benny with homemade hollandaise sauce.
I loved how the soy chai latte was presented and enough to make two cups. The drink was the right temperature and honey sat at the bottom of the cup, ready to be mixed.
Great service and amazing food , their kimchi chicken burger is worth trying . Very friendly and accommodating staff ! Their pancakes looked so delectable aswell🥞 can’t wait to come back

We ordered their smoothies and also a plate of corn fritters and their poké bowl!
What I loved about the fritters is that this is a very plain and simple corn fritters that tastes real good! Absolutely loved it! The poké bowl was also fresh and delicious!
If you’re up for some refreshing drinks! Definitely try out their smoothies - we got the mango and berries and loved them.
Been here 3 times. Food and service is great. As you would see from the pictures, it even looks nice. Only thing I cannot shake from the place is my partner and I always feel hot in this cafe, even on days that aren’t that hot, it may be that it is a small or stuffy place. Might try this place again in winter cause the food and service is great

We visited Collective Espresso on a weekend for brunch and this place was packed to the rafters with diners. The ambience was warm and inviting.
Their menu had a nice variety of choices. Everything we ordered was well presented and tasty. The serving sizes were very decent.
My only gripe was that the cold brew coffee was far too weak and tasteless. I would not order that again. Otherwise Collective Espresso was one of the better cafes around.

The food was very delicious, the staff were super nice and accommodating. I really liked the poked bowl and mango smoothie especially! It also has a cute ambiance.

Excellent coffee, some healthy options in the menu and most importantly, dog friendly. 5 Stars for coffee and 4 Stars for food. Great friendly service. I will try the Barista Breakfast next time

Good quality and fresh food! Coffee and beverage are on point! The outdoor seating is pretty good!
Waited >40 minutes for food. We were starved by then. But the food filled us up. Barista still managed to do coffee art for everyone even though it was super busy. Now that’s talent.
The exterior of this coffee shop has good traditional atmosphere.
Only got a flatwhite for takeaway due to lockdown, so I'll enjoy some meals for having here next time!
