it is a bit pricy but it is worth your money🤩
the food was amazing!! the meat's quality is top notch, it's still juicy eventhough you cooked it too long, and it absorb the richness of the broth.
for the bone broth, it was super rich, creamy and delicious! the mala is not that spicy, however the mala makes your tongue numb🤩🤤.
tbh this is one of the best hotpot experience🤤♥️.
service: reallllyyy goooddd🤩, they refilled your drink everytime it's almost finished. a very kind and welcoming service!!♥️

Visited the restaurant twice and the service was excellent! The hot pot soup base is not as strong and suits the majority crowd. Love the place and would definitely revisit in the near future. Best to book before visit.

With an unlimited sauce station and lots of meat, veggie, noodles, signature dishes etc. to choose from you will absolutely be satisfied here!
On top of this you can spruce up your noodles with a live performance! It comes with the fresh noodles 😉

First time try haidilao in Sydney, love the ambience and the food amazing. I order two based soup. One with chicken base broth and another the pepper base soup. For me it’s hard to even know which one is it because it looks similar and taste similar. I order the beef ball with cheese , sea cucumber, black dumpling, fish roe fish ball, mushroom, marinated beef and because it’s my birthday they give us free gift and free noodle performance.
Overall everything good just some of their staff can’t speak English or understand English. But food amazing! Service was okay!
The staffs is very cooperative, fresh food and great soup. Will be coming back
first time trying Haidilao in sydney! went to the one in Singapore few times, haidilao has always been my favorite hotpot place! bit disappointed that the service here is a bit mehh than the one i got in singapore, we did look at the guy that helped us few times yet he's busy took care of 4table at the same time which is a bit mehh since i was expecting a good service from haidilao. but food is all great!

Haidilao is the best together with its super friendly service.4.9 AUD per person for unlimited seasoning and fruits,entrees,sweets. As soon as you finishing order ,no more than 3 minutes you would get whole dishes.And you would get opportunity to see bianlian performance.I love it
Service is 10/10. Staff are super professional, friendly and helpful. They auto refill everything even side dishes. Soup based are tasty. We enjoyed all flavours but tomato soup seem to be the star. I have to admit, Haidilao is the best hotpot so far in Sydney. And it does not cost you an arm and a leg. Definitely come back!
