We tried this place a few weeks ago, because we are always on the look-out for places which cater for a strict gluten and dairy free diet. The owner came out to chat to us before we were served, to make sure he understood what we needed, and the food was delicious and totally what they said it would be.
I was really impressed, because I felt we were treated as if we had been going there for years, not a couple who had just dropped in on the off chance.
Definitely try it. Thank you Chedi Thai!
What a great night. They paid special attention to our daughter in a wheel chair and supplied great Thai food. Totally recommend if you want a great Thai dinner.

This place seems familiar, I think used to be in Newtown and if so it was always grrat. Now it still is. They dont just do good Thai food but also a cafe by day catering to the work, local & some tourist crowd with delicious breakfast and lunch dishes. The lunch menu is an eclectic mix of Thai and non Thai dishes. The Thai dishes are authentic & spicy!!! Pad see ew was yum as was the stir fry with rice. An unexpected steak baguette has tender slices of beef cooked medium rare, with caramelised onions, swiss cheese & horseradish mayo & yummy fries. It was like a philly steak sandwich. Super tasty & definitely recommend it! Dinner has all the traditional Thai dishes and cooked perfectly. A great little gem.
This place is the best Thai in Sydney! Greg and his staff are the most hospitable you'll encounter. Great food, great location and great service! We've been to numerous restaurants in the area as locals and this has got to be number one! Yellow curry prawns and pork with Chinese broccoli is perfect! Well done guys!
Best chicken sandwich. The chicken and walnut or chicken and corn sandwiches with lime mayo are so bloody good. Especially for $10. I have tried to replicate the recipe myself with no luck - just have to keep coming here for my fix!
Had breakfast on a public holiday, great service, food was out very quickly! I really enjoyed the whole dining experience.... Would recommend this restaurant , very accommodating and the staff were extremely nice! Wish we were here longer so we could have tried other meals!
Thank You. So very welcoming and accommodating. I was in Sydney for work looking for something healthy. Greg saw me looking at the menu, invited me in and took care of me. Food was delicious, service was attentive but not intrusive – so refreshing!!! Looking forward to heading back to Sydney and perhaps try a breakfast.
Big Group DIning. Greg and the team at Your Place Casual Dining are absolutely awesome.
Must Try Dish: The pork in red curry paste is a knock out dish which my girlfriend and I are totally addicted to.
Go For: We had a dinner there for 9 people on a Wednesday - it's a great venue for groups where we could all hear each other well - value for money is unbeatable.
Also recommended for lunch and coffee meetings - they bake all their pastries on site - with some of the best croissants I've ever had.
Breakfast at Your Place. Sunday breakfast at Your Place on Blues Point Rd, McMahons Point is an all day affair. We arrived around 10am & the place was full. Nice ambience & smart upmarket fit-out. I had scrambled eggs, bacon, spinach & mushrooms & my partner had ricotta pancakes with bacon, eggs & maple syrup. Both meals where cooked to perfection. Coffee is Di Lorenzo & excellent. This is now my favourite breakfast indulgence. Parking on Blues Point Rd is easy to find on Sundays, which is a bonus in Sydney.
Breakfast at Your Place- we'll definitely be back! Breakfast menu is unique which is a pleasant change in Sydney. I had a pea, goats cheese and prosciutto omelette with watercress and sour dough. The man had burnt fig and cinnamon granola with fresh fruit and yogurt. Pricing very reasonable and the fit out is lovely! Both meals generously sized and delicious!
