Seriously scrumptious dinner tonight for date night! Zucchini Flowers, Chicken Gallotine, Lamb Rump & Confit Duck special... Every bite was to die for and worth every cent. Fabulous food, beautiful space and lovely staff & service. If you haven’t been yet, you absolutely won’t be disappointed �
My husband and I had an amazing dinner at Sprout. The service was 5 star and the food was second to none. The wine was perfect for the meal thanks to our fabulous server, Hanah. This restaurant is excellent for everything from casual dining to very special occasions.
I organised my sister in laws hens party with Sprout dining. Having the whole function space to ourselves with a cocktail on arrival. The food was exceptional and the staff were so amazing with all their help setting up for this special day. I would highly recommend Sprout Dining to anyone!!!
Never have I ever had such a lovely meal with such a heightened level of customer service. The team at Sprout gave me the dining experience of a lifetime, the gnocchi is to die for! The waiters and waitresses were prompt, efficient and friendly with their service and the food, as I said, was amazing! The cocktail I had, the Marajuca, was amazing to say the least. My friends were impressed with the selection of wine and beers also.
This is my, and my friends', new favourite place to eat in Newcastle, I'll most definitely be going back!
Enjoyed dinner here again , the Menu has great variety and is filled with delicious freshly prepared food. The starters are exciting and well priced, the variety of the mains is excellent, I highly recommend the Lamb Rump, the sauce is to die for.
The staff are friendly and efficient. Wine list is well thought out and features a good selection of local Australian Wines.
Sprout is warm and inviting yet sophisticated and that goes for both the staff and the atmosphere. Iv visited on several occasions and am yet to find a fault. I would recommend the Lamb above anything else. The menu varies from week to week, clearly catering to seasonal foods. The chef's are incredibly accommodating when it comes to dietary requirements even if they are slightly obscure.
The acoustic aren't great when it comes to large groups in the evening. I would save larger numbers for lunch in less of the peak time and smaller tables for dinner.
All in all it is one of the best restaurants in Newcastle!

We did the whole lot tonight & throughly enjoyed every bit . I had loved them when they were at Honeysuckle & am so happy to discover them again here upstairs at the Crown & Anchor Hotel . Caught up with a mate for dinner and all I can say is WOW! Food was excellent, especially the dessert. Great atmosphere, impeccable service, good wine and whiskey selection. Thank you to the owners and team for a wonderful evening.
