Coffee is amazing! And I’m super fussy about my coffee.
Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Almond lattes are not easy to perfect, but this place managed to nail it!

Never disappoints Cheerio! Being a local in Richmond there is definitely a lot of competition but Cheerio is always on point. Whether it be the omelette, the chicken and chorizo sandwich or the fried chicken burger - the food is always amazing and the staff are very friendly! Great long blacks too! Thanks Jase and the team, keep it up!

This place is still a ripper after years of doing business and even after changing hands.  Went there after the Melbourne Marathon and all of Richmond was heaving!  Coffee was great and so was the food.  It was a little slow on the day but to be expected given how busy they were.  Keep it up guys!

Busy place, but it wasn't a long wait before we got in. I got an iced coffee and I wasn't too hungry so I went for the chicken and chorizo toastie, which was so good! Service was quick, and servers were friendly

Five weeks is far too long without a Melbourne brunch. I was seriously hanging out for one as there was nothing like it overseas where we’ve been. Cheerio is a great little place which deserves its high rating. It’s very plain and understated. Just a shopfront with a smallish Cheerio decal on the window. It’s all pretty vanilla inside as well. Lots of white on offer. Minimal features too. It doesn’t really matter when you’re serving food as coffee as good as what we had here this morning. Maybe that’s the point. Don’t worry about the surroundings, concentrate on the food and coffee. I had the avocado, tomato medley, basil, goats cheese etc with two eggs and bacon. What a gorgeous brunch dish. Beautifully put together, tasty from start to finish. I savored every single inspiring mouthful. It’d be a revolution where I’ve been. The world’s most beautiful woman had ham hock etc which she proclaimed as utterly exceptional with great authority. My special brew coffee had a depth of flavour that I’ve rarely encountered. It was absolutely outstanding. Service was slightly quirky here but good throughout. Cheerio is not perfect but I’ve given it a 5. A four would be too low given the quality of food and coffee on offer. Cheerio is a perfect candidate for a 4.5 but Zomato in its wisdom doesn’t offer that on this app. Very good place here. Recommended.

I don’t visit Richmond as much as I’d like, given the endless dining options in the area. I did manage to sneak in a quick brunch there with a few friends though, and we chose to dine at Cheerio, a little cafe located off the main road.

If you're in Richmond, consider yourself blessed. The place is teeming with quaint cafes you are so spoiled for choice. This place is tops although a bit small inside. I only say that because we have a toddler in tow and we need space to store his stroller. Still a 5/5 though. Highly recommend the chorizo breakfast. They are huge portions so do share if you are not a big eater.

A lovely little spot for a bite to eat and a coffee. I had the chicken and chorizo toastie and it was excellent and super delicious. The staff were very nice and accommodating even though it was busy!

Cheerio has a really solid menu that is easily the cheapest in the area (without compromising taste). Everything here is tasty and there are no bad choices. If you're struggling to decide on where to go and want a filling breakfast at a great price, then you need to come here. I love the breakfast burger since the price is low and the quality of the egg, bun, bacon and sauce is so, so tasty. It's my favourite breakfast burger since it combines these ingredients without drenching the bun and making it soggy. The coffee is one of the best in the Richmond area if you get milk coffee. The cafe space is very small but it gives it a cute intimacy about it and doesn't harm the dining experience.

Worth every minute of the drive to get here from Surrey hills, we do it now on the regular. The food simply can’t be beat for flavour and value for money and the staff have a great friendly vibe.

We ordered the lemon and poppyseed waffles and Ruben sandwich with fries. Both were good. Seven seeds coffee is always good when made by folks who care like these guys

Away from the hustle and bustle of Swan St is a little spot of peace with Seven Seeds coffee and creative food offerings. I'm told the sticky ham hock is much-loved here but couldn't go past the chipotle cacao mince on toast, layered with shredded manchego cheese and a poached egg. It was served with a cheerful "ready to eat?" I happily tucked into the dish, enjoying the different flavours, textures and the sensation of runny egg yolk bursting in my mouth. The dish caught the neighbours' attention and they were equally surprised by the combination of ingredients. Chirpy staff in a truly little place which seats maybe 15 people? This was a pleasant and satisfying accidental discovery.

Incredible coffee and food with a seasonal menu. Floor staff very friendly and patient even amongst the rush. I'd suggest arriving early as it only seats 20-30 people and seems to attract a lot of people.

Warm and cosy little spot with great coffee, super friendly service and hands down the best ham hock in town. The food at Cheerio has never disappointed me - aside from the sweet and savory sticky juicy ham hock my favourite is the Pastrami Reuben toastie which is packed full of flavour with a nice buttery crunch. Also LOVE the Green Juice here but it's not always on the menu!! The staff here are some of the friendliest, genuine and down to earth people as well. Definitely by far my favourite local!

This place is incredible, the service is great, the staff genuinely nice and the food is to die for. I usually eat my meals in 5 minutes but here I just have to savor it and take my time because I don't want it to end :'( Really an amazing yet simple place.
