Stopped in for a cocktail with friends last night what a fabulous bar - and the menu looked amazing will definitely be back - thanks for the best martini I have had in a long time
The food is amazing! My favourite dishes were the croquettes, kingfish civache, the octopus and so many more! Atmosphere and ambiance are sensational and so are the staff! Will definitely be back!

Born in Melbourne to a Macedonian heritage, Head Chef Andrew Zdravkovski has brought his experiences within the culinary world to the Pembroke kitchen. Working at not only some of the finest restaurants and dining locations all over the world such as the Hilton Melbourne, along with James Italian and Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen in London, Zdravkovski has created a menu that is sure to attract locals as well as well travelled foodies.
