This restaurant has a very authentic Italian meal. The decor is luxurious and has the level of a restaurant. What's more, it is a relaxing dining atmosphere. The service is great, the fresh ingredients are also very good, and their desserts are highly recommended. It is worth trying.

I’d say ‘hands down, the best Italian in Sydney CBD’ but there also isn’t much competition in the area. Service was great and there is an extensive menu however, we were more impressed with the entrees and desserts then the mains. The prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella was so good and so was the panacotta. Nothing beats the actually building and ambience of the GPO - so fancy.

I've eaten here about 4 or 5 times. The place is very consistent with its food. Very traditional Italian cuisine. The flavours are great, quality of food tastes fresh. The service is great. All good all round. I recommend it !!!

RESTAURANT IN HISTORIC SETTING NEXT TO WESTIN HOTEL IN MARTIN PLACE
Two of us dropped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The restaurant is in the beautiful old post office building (adjacent to the Westin Hotel).
We had an outdoor table on the steps overlooking Martin Place.
The waiter was prompt to seat us and take our orders.
Both breakfasts were pretty ordinary given the location and price and the coffee was quite bitter (full disclosure required however - I'm from Melbourne). All up $48 for both.
The menu isn't very extensive or imaginative so I'd recommend it for the location (and convenience to the Westin Hotel) but you will get better food if you venture further down the street.
As its located up a set of stairs it would be difficult for people with mobility issues to enter from Martin Place but they can access the restaurant from within the Westin Hotel.

Amazing service and absolutely great food, we have been lucky with a street musician playing piano suiting the atmosphere.
I can only recommend this place.

Restaurant is located in a historical building with nice ambience. The Scampi Linguini is disappointing with the sauce and crustacean tasting bland. Osso buco was chewy and the chef too light handed on the salt.

Nice food and excellent service. The homemade pasta is great.
