We have been regulars for over 10 years & and the quality and quantity tonight was very poor. The choices were very limited, def not deluxe seafood, selection of prawns, oysters, salmon & bugs. Previously there was also seafood fresh salad, mussels, vongole , smoked fish, sushi & lobster. The hot food was all one style of cuisine so unfortunately nothing there to choose. The salad bar , bread with antipasto & dessert was pretty empty. Asked for noodles & the staff member βs serving was less than what you would give a 2 year old. Still waiting to order drinks. Pizza bar also gone. If this was our first time we would not know what a great place this was. We left hungry and sorry it say will not be back.

Food taste amazing, one down side is the oysters on Friday dinner 5:30pm are tiny like 2-4cm and should be left in the ocean. Over all dessert were tops and the mains all tasty and quality.
Good variety of food and not as busy as other buffet places in the n city.
We parked at Sheraton and paid $25 after dinner so convenient

Staff was very friendly.
Not much variety. Seafood was terrible but prawns were decent. Everything else was average and dessert was probably the best thing there. Definitely not worth $110 person.
Think the star would be a better option as they have more variety.

The 3 stars are for the location, atmosphere and the service provided by the fabulous staff.
However the food which is the most important reason for us to be there was well below what it is valued at.
No value for money when it comes to the food at the feast restaurant buffet, food choices are limited seafood were average and the hot food had no flavour to it or whatsoever,
The salad bar was well below zero,
Lots of improvement is needed for this buffet.

Guest of the hotel. Worst breakfast experience ever. Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated even though there were clearly plenty of open tables. When I was finally seated, the table had not been cleaned from the previous diner. No spoons. Was told that despite this being an all-inclusive buffet, I have to pay for sparkling water. There was a whole, unpeeled carrot sitting on the floor near the entrance which I pointed out. Lots of staff, but it seemed like it was all their first day, many standing around not knowing what to do. Fawlty Towers comes to mind. Food was mediocre at best. Do not waste your time and money here.

Over-priced for the quality of the food. No lobster, lots of oysters and prawns, but everything else was rather average or below. The staff were very good and friendly. For the price one expects a "fancy" night out, especially being The Sheraton, (expect to pay about $300 at least for a couple) but there is nothing fancy about it. It's loud, people arrive in thongs, t-shirts and shorts, lots of kids running around, wine list is very limited and pricey and food is not great.
