I would give a zero star if I can. Especially for the extremely poor customer service and the rude attitude of the old lady at the cashier.
Ordered a soft shell papaya salad with sticky rice, pad Thai and kids meal. The chips in the kids meal are over cooked and burn. The peanut in the pad Thai was stale with oily smell/taste. The sticky rice was so dry. Trying to break it apart with chopsticks ended up snapping the chopsticks.
The lady was mumbling something like you can’t do this when cleaning the table and charged extra $2 on the bill without telling. It is even not worth $2 for old chopsticks. Won’t recommend anyone to go there. Very bad experience.

I can understand why there is mixed reviews regarding the service... the elderly lady was not at all friendly, but I wouldn't describe her as rude either. The young lady and older gentleman on the other hand was very lovely, so I think it just depends on who you get. As for the food, they have a fabulous lunch menu for around $12. Definitely like the curries and stir fry.
Update:
Had dinner here the other night. And it was delicious!! The service was friendly and attentive, and we loved every dish we ordered, except for the rice... maybe not enough water. Will definitely come back more often.
Update:
The dishes was overly sweet on our last visit. But they were crazy busy, and under staffed. They managed quite well considering. But wish the meals wasn't so overwhelmingly sweet. It was hard to eat.

Had dinner and lunch here many times over the years and thought to finally add a review. The food here is always fantastic and the staff very friendly and welcoming.
If I’m not eating in the restaurant I’m often ordering takeaway and the food has always been top tier.
Pricing is also very good and I highly recommend you try for yourself.

Service was quick, food was delicious, value meal at $12 and the lady serving us, whilst not gushing and over exuberant, did the job of taking our order and delivering our food in a prompt and professional manner. Highly recommend

I don’t normally post reviews but this time was terrible and would be good for people to know and hopefully wont experience the same.
Extremely poor service and worst customer experience ever.
Ordered for dine in at 7pm, told to wait for 30mins for a fried fish and soft shell crabs. After 1hr, order was followed up and the lady said “i don’t know and i told you it will be long” NO comment and waited. Saw other customers very upset of long wait, surely more than an hour as were there before us. Despite of long waits, the shop kept on receiving phone call orders.
9pm came our order. Told the waitress/chef kindly have the foods for take away, ask for takeaway boxes and obviously have forgotten.
Overall experience was the worst dining. No apologies given. Rude and dishonest. Customers looking unhappy waiting. The place was dirty and filthy as no one clean the tables after the group of customers.
Hopefully this will not happen to the owner and workers of this shop/resto or to anyone at all.

Really great service and chill vibe. Good for families and just mates having a laugh on a week night. Good prices and I thought the crab was especially good for 8.50 bucks. Andrew enjoyed his lemon grass beef.
