I was shocked when my Coffee arrived, it’s in the bowl 😂 but taste so good, breakfast is wonderful, staff were very busy in the morning but still very friendly.

95% of the time that I bought coffee from here, especially when you are sit down at the establishments were satisfactory.
They are more expensive than other coffee shop around the city however portion also slightly bigger.
If you are adding extra shots, it will cost you $0.70 extra.
Piccolo were good, I’ve tried capucinno with extra shots also great!

The older man who works here is such a gem, he is always happy. The coffee at this place is amazing, so yummy. I’ve noticed when I stay nearby this place is always busy. There food is pretty good too but their coffee is the best.

Average at best - coffee wasn't great, service slow and food overpriced. Bad choice for a quick bite

Great coffee, but on the pricey side. Service friendly and polite. Decent range of snacks. Good location on Kent st.

If I could give them zero I would have. Service not too bad but the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life... I’m not judging on one cup of coffee, I’ve tried 4/5 times different coffees because is near my school... worst everr, next time I’d rather go to 7/11 trust me it’s better... also double shot espresso is $5 like really ??? Ham cheese croissant $10 really ??????

One of the most expensive coffee in Sydney CBD, recently bought piccolo and land mocha, and mocha cost you $5.5.<br/>Coffee is average but it was great to sit outside and do people watching

In a little quiet street of the CBD, it might not look like much but the Coffee is delicious and served in super cute mugs on wooden trays! My go to for a quick coffee :)

We had breakfast. Food was basic but delicious with good presentation. They forgot the bacon in my order, but the problem was fixed within a minute and staff were very apologetic.

"BEST COFFEE IN THE CITY" I.... "BEST COFFEE IN THE CITY"<br/>I had their lovely bowled flat white which was really best coffee! It was very smooth, not burnt and art was so beautiful. I had many coffees before and have visited highly rated coffee shops in the city, but here is very good!! I'm also very fussy coffee drinker! <br/><br/>Very clean, cute and cozy interior makes very relaxing. <br/>Customer service was very quick with genuine smile! <br/><br/>Neatly presented chicken sandwich on a wooden plate.( very unique!) <br/>I could see their staff put a lot of details on cups, plates, dishes, and interior.<br/><br/>Very nice!

Not the best coffee in the city! Not even in the top 10.<br/>The Incanto Coffee sign in Kent Street boasts "Best Coffee in the City".<br/>I am sure there are another 50 venues that offer equally mediocre fare.<br/>The one I had was burnt grounds and burnt milk in not frequently cleaned machine type coffee...not impressed.<br/>A sign not BEST coffee make!<br/>Stick with Mecca, Incognity, Bacino, Klink and Strand Cafe and you'll do fine.

Great Coffee. I came to Sydney in September 2012 and had trouble finding good coffee. I'm from Melbourne which according to some has some of the best coffee in the world. After hearing this from someone at my hotel I was about to loose hope until I stumbled across this place on the way back to my place, with a sign outside "BEST COFFEE IN THE CITY". I thought I'd give it a go.<br/><br/>This place does amazing coffee that reminds me of some of the better places in Melbourne. Whatever I order has always been fresh and delicious. I've had the bagels, muffins, the eggs on toast, mushrooms on toast, omelette, juice and more.<br/><br/>Visited Sydney again in Feb '13 with my partner who is a very fussy eater. I begged we come here for breakfast one morning and he fell in love he made us go again the next morning! This place also made him appreciate coffee which he generally dislikes!<br/><br/>Lovely place. Friendly staff who, if you ever watch them, work very quick and efficiently it's quite astounding. <br/><br/>Highly recommended!!
