I normally try to give small businesses a bit of leeway in ratings because I understand that they may be small or family operators with limited resourcing, but at the end of the day they are looking to provide a product and service to public, so hopefully they will take my review and feedback on board to improve their offering.
Let's start with the positives:
1. Food tastes good with authentic Vietnamese flavours;
2. Prices are reasonable for the area;
3. Their website is well designed and easy to use to place a takeway order.
Areas of improvement:
4. Website needs to be updated to give accurate pick up times. We placed our order for takeaway, and the confirmation said 1:10 pm pickup. We arrived and had to wait an additional 35 minutes to 1:45 pm to pick up. No apology or explanation was given for the delay, we were just told to sit down and wait.
5. Order was partially wrong - We received 1 x incorrect item.
6. Tomato rice was flavourless - I wouldn't usually go out of my way to leave a bad review for this reason alone, but given the overall experience above I thought to add this in.
Good little shop with a good location with good food, but their service needs to be improved.

Unbelievably rude service by the owner, first day I was warned i should not dine in if I only ordered a roll..next day arrived with 4 people, 3 of us ordered meals and one person brought a coffee from cafe next door, she told him to leave. Incredibly rude. Next door cafe allowed us to eat there (that's how you serve customers just fyi)..we will never be back.

We came at 11am and was able to order Beef Pho which was nice and tasty (soup could've been hotter to 'cook' the rare beef), chicken summer rolls (freshly rolled) and Crispy Chicken and rice (which came with sweet chilli sauce instead of the typical chilli fish sauce). Overall the meal was tasty and enjoyable.

Zero Rating. The owner is unethical, dishonest and the phone never works. I have been a regular for some time and would order at least once a week. I have notice that for three previous orders the tofu was not included in the soup. When I collected our next order I asked the owner about the missing ingredient and she said that tofu was sold out. Then I asked the owner if the tofu was included in our current order and she said yes. When when I got back to work to have my lunch obviously the tofu was not included. Don't waist your time.

Quite nice Vietnamese restaurant. Good Pho, nice crispy skin chicken, and good spring rolls. Seating is a bit awkward. Service is quick and friendly

First time I visited was not long after they opened, and it was not a great experience. Years later when I visit again their food has improved alot, it was tasty and the portion were very generous. Glad to have a good local Vietnamese joint close to home that is clean and delicious.

Very disappointed. We orderer through Menulog and you only gave us half our order. We understand it's your responsibility to pack the order. Menulog are just delivering it. We tried calling you several times, no answer. We ended up getting a refund through menu log. It really did throw a spanner into our plans for the night. Maybe you guys should come up with a better "pholosophy".

Ordered food and as I sat down I was told I had ordered a take away only meal and had to get up and wait outside… ps the restaurant was empty when this happened… (oh the irony) The two stars are only because the food was decent.
