I’m a big fan of Campos coffee so I tend to go to cafes with their beans. This place makes a good creamy coffee with a nice flavour. It’s a good quick pit stop on the LG of the QVB - has a nice range of food too.

Unfortunately, our experience was unpleasant. Our oat milk coffees were disgusting, watery and bitter. After politely bringing this to the attention of staff, they were unpleasant and disinterested. They eventually re-made our coffees and gave them to us - no apology, no acknowledgement, no interest in customer service. After serving them, it was very clear that they continued to talk about us amongst themselves as they looked at the returned coffees and pointed.
For a cafe in such a premium location, this experience was just awful. The staff here really need to learn about what customer service means and how to treat customers as humans rather than an inconvenience.
Looking at previous reviews, it looks as though this experience isn’t an isolated one and the management don’t care about improving their business.

Wonderful experience. The coffee is the best I have had in town and the service is wonderful. The staff are always so nice and friendly and nothing is a trouble to them. The food is exceptional, from the sit down meals, to the freshly made muffins that I grab with my coffee. A little oasis in the middlw of the city.

Situated inside the QVB on the lower floor, this cafe was convenient for our morning in the city and was quick with the service. Friends we were with stated the coffee was fantastic and I had some sour dough toast with some fresh salmon which was just that - fresh. Seating available to dine in or able to take away as well.

VERY RUDE STAFF. DO NOT EAT HERE.
For such a highly respected area, this cafe is the complete opposite. No welcoming. Horrible service. One lady in particular pretty much made it out like it was illegal to bring in coffee from another shop into the cafe. I ordered food and specifically asked her to not put ham in my sandwich and she did. When I asked her to make me a new one she rolled her eyes and snatched the plate. Is it that hard to be nice to people who pay your wages??

I cannot believe the experience I had yesterday here. The owner really needs to upgrade their employees I have never come across such rude and arrogant customer service. I witnessed cross contamination in front of my eyes and the kind lady next to me politely asked them to remake her toasty as she can't eat ham and they didn't change their gloves before touching her food which is disgusting, how do you know if someone is not able to eat the foods you are touching? They do not change gloves regularly!! The rude worker also yelled at the young lady for putting her Starbucks coffee on the table as she was waiting for her food because the coffee wasn't from them. Are you joking???? Do you really think your $4.50 coffee is that amazing like seriously I laughed from how stupid she was.

Good service, good food, good coffee.
Nice little caffe downstairs in the queen victoria building. There are a few, however this was in a slightly quieter location down stairs.
Basic menu, however the toasted ham cheese tomato on facacia (however you spell that) was made fresh and had good amounts of fresh ingredients
Just what we were after :)
