Yum yum! Super healthy, quality + fresh ingredients. Very fast service for it's popularity. I think I'll be working my way through the menu.

Service is poor, unfriendly and informative. Menu is a little bit confusing and the staff are impatient.
Food is good but expensive ($16 see picture).
I have been twice for my lunch now but won’t be going back.

Food is delicious but the extra protein is too expensive and you have few amount of sides included (please compare to Poke at Bondi beach to have an idea). I won't go back because the staff was very unpleasant, specifically one girl, she explained the system very badly and with no manners, unhappy face and she threw my bowl on the table after she put the noodles. I asked something and she said to me to read it. This just happened. Maybe hire friendly personnel or train them again. Out of this, I loved the food, good quality and fresh, I would order again.

The food is great, it really is the best Poké around.
However, their irresponsible use of disposable bowls, cups and cutlery is really quite shameful. Waste is a serious concern for the whole world and we all need to do our bit to help out.
Until they can provide food in bowls they wash and reuse, I won’t be going back there and will encourage others to not go too.
Such a shame.

I love poke bowls, having lived in the states for a while (the craze started there years ago). You could imagine my excitement when I walked past this place on Saturday when I was in the area doing Christmas shopping. Boy, was I disappointed! I paid $21.50 for a few pieces of raw salmon, some sprigs of vegetables and a whole lot of rice drenched in soy sauce. It was full of carbs, salty and tasted cheap. The service was also appalling as the lady at the counter did not know how to use the register and I ended up standing there with all my shopping bags for 10 minutes while she entered countless of combinations into the register. When I asked her if everything was ok, she snapped at me and told me to be patient. My first and last time at this place...

Apparently pointing out that you may be being overcharged is enough to warrant the cashier (Who I'm assuming is the owner) launching into a heated passive aggressive non-apology, cutting you off.
Terrible service, however on the bright side... I'm actually happy to recommend this to anyone on a diet, since you won't want to eat more than a few mouthfuls.

King Fish is my favourite Poke place in Sydney.
The crew is super friendly and the food is tasty as.
Not sure what haters are on about, service here is always happy and helpful and the quality is better than most.
