We are regular to this restaurant. I gave this restaurant two stars because the service is has been awfully declining for the last three visits for yum cha which we rated the third best yum cha in Sydney. Shame that no matter how good the food is, if the service is bad they always left bad taste and experience. If you want a good yum cha and services at Chatswood, try the Star Seafood restaurant. They never let us down.

The food here is exquisite with very nice stuff that are friendly and nice. My favourite dish here was the red lobster an noodles that probably could give this restaurant 5 stars on its own!

Very poor service! Ask for food order, the staff is very rude. And long long time to wait. We are only 3 people for lunch, I did not order any special dim sum, however cost us 198 dollars. Too many uncertain stamps on card! The funny thing is that the reception ask for tips. Never go again. Strongly not recommended.

The restaurant itself is nice and clean.
Service here was atrocious. It seemed like everything we asked for was such an inconvenience for the staff. Eg. Fork for the kids.
The food here was quite average and expensive.
Would I return? Definitely not. Lots of other great yumcha restaurants around the area.

Crazy busy. An hour wait for a Sunday lunchtime table. Possibly understaffed, no one asked for our drinks order. Yum Cha was nice with a wide variety available.

This restaurant keeps alive animals in tiny overfilled tanks. It makes me sick to see how little respect some humans have for life - both the owners and the guests aka supporters. It is generally morally wrong to kill animals for food, if one can survive and thrive on a vegan diet, and this is just making eating animals even worth. Shame on you.

This one star is for the staff who was helping us to order some food at the end which is not part of her job as she is a table cleaning. We came here around 2pm and almost no food to serve customers. Only one trolley came over to us for whole time, We have to keep waiving and asking staff for more food, most of them were rude and ignored us! Incredibly bad attitude and service. They said “complaint to the boss, not to me, it is not my problem of no food!” The customers who sat next us, a family of 4, also being treated badly. They then left and told us they are going to another place to get more food for the children rather than stay here.
How a terrible experience we have had here, with the price they charged it is not worth at all. We will never come back again and will recommend all my friends stay away from this place.
The rating should be much lower on Google, the good ratings probably came from their own people.
