Pros:
Perfect location on highway. Staffs are good. Big space, loads of seats. Gas station. Food.coffee.grocery all nearby. Prices are always good here. Fresh wholesome food. Tastes better than McD anyday. Go to place while on long drives.

Lately I was quite disappointed with the service I got here. Not sure if it's the lockdown or not but they were pretty bad especially with food quality. Attached to this review are some photos of my Onion 'Rings'. Not even one resembled a ring😔

Extremely rare for staff to get your order right first go. I hadn't been back to this location as orders were ALWAYS wrong. After four years, I assumed the management and staff that had worked at this location would've moved on, so the service might be better.
Nope. Order was wrong again and the Angus patty was burnt. I don't understand why it is just this location. Every. Single. Time. Do better HJ

Hungry Jacks has uniquely its own flavour. We always enjoy it!. I do love being able to beef up my family meals with the cheap 2 dollar burgers as well.

They need to give strong cup holder for the large drink.
Last week, I had hand full of lunch and a cup tray holding two drinks. the moment I entered inside my car One of the drink fell of the tray and I poured whole large cup of coke on my car Seat.
That cost me another $180 for getting my car cleaned.

It was pretty good. Food was hot and good. I've had better chicken nuggets and it's only a matter of time until chips get a bit soggy. But overall it was pretty good. Thickshakes are good for the price as well

was looking forward to trying the caramel fudge iced coffee. i ordered through drive thru and wasn’t told they don’t do them until the payment window where they charged me for a caramel sundae. wouldn’t have been hard to tell me that through the ordering speak.

No wonder that there's always great deals at Hungry Jack's! But after charging 30 cents extra for spicy sauce, if U put just the regular amount then it's kind of upsets the customers. The same sauce when purchased at 50 cents have more quantity than the one in burger.
Else it's a good hunger breaker... Experienced more than twice at different locations.
