Just visited for the weekend from Melboure to catch up with relatives. Awesome food!! Great atmosphere, the smells coming from the kitchen were divine!! The cakes and slices looked great, but I was too full from my chicken & haloumi salad to fit any in. A return visit is a must!!
So exhausted from the Coogee to Bondi coastal walk, I forgot to take photos! My breakfast quesadilla was huge. And very tasty. My pal was happy with his chicken sandwich and juice. Nice vibe, great service. And at 2.30pm on Monday, it was one of the only places open and still serving food on this side of Bondi.
it was actually a spontaneous decision to eat here the other day with my friend, but we’re glad we did! the coffee was alright only for me, but i loved the food! the portions are huge and the prices are so good. and they’re delicious too. will be back the next time i go to Bondi to try other dishes!!
Was super busy but managed to get a table. Good coffee and had a smoothie bowl. Have had better smoothie bowls in regards to added fruits mueslis etc however this was still nice and the rest of the menu looks promising!
Delicious lunch had the halloumi stack and caveman’s eggs - beautifully presented and fresh finished with empty plates - worth the trip up from the beach. Great service, fab coffee - we’ll be back thank you :)
We were there for brunch last week and had some unfortunate series of events. Though, how the manager handled it made a huge difference and they deserved to get at least 3 and above all over, putting my emotions aside. Their coffee was a bit faint for me, but nicely done and smooth, froth was the star. Over all, their menu have all variety and they do it in big portions which justifies the price tag.
Great spot in Bondi and if u lucky enough u can get the view of the ocean. Food choices were excellent and well priced. Portion sizes were good and the coffee was amazing!! Service very good and really friendly. Definitely a must !
Definitely my new favourite breakfast joint in Bondi, and also one of the limited joints to do an all day breakky in Bondi too! My dish (Peas Please) was phenomenal!!!! I'm not usually a massive fan of peas but the smashed peas & ricotta certainly has me a fan now! Cannot wait to go back and try their other dishes!
A local favourite whether your barefoot or holding a business meeting... the hardest part will be finding parking!
Food ordered:
Peas Please & BRAAT (loaded). Peas please is a crowd pleaser with a healthy dose of green and situated atop a perfectly toasted piece of sourdough. I had the BRAAT and took the liberty of adding fried eggs and haloumi. Let's just say I was full all day!
Coffee ordered:
Long black, Cap, piccolo. All the coffees were great! I can see why locals keep coming back.
Ambience:
All the staff are friendly and accomodating. I do wish there was a bit more space around as it was a bit cramped, but just comes with the territory.
Overall very enjoyable and will be back when visiting Bondi.
We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to get a seat straight away. Great menu, friendly efficient and genuine service. Our coffees were great and came out quickly. We had the Big Breakfast and the Caveman Eggs - we couldn't fault either of them. Highly recommended.
Love a place without eftpos minimum. Walking by by zero cash this caramel kiss my eye and I was able to get it without putting a small house deposit down. Loved the caramel to base ratio. I am a sweet tooth lol. Would buy again.
