Having eaten at Saigon Street in Bali numerous times and loved it, I was happy to see this little gem pop up in Bondi.
It didn't disappoint. Great food, great service and a buzzing atmosphere.
Came here with high expectations after being a regular at Saigon Street in Bali and was not disappointed. Food was amazing as well as the service. Came with a group of friends and had a fabulous dinner in a fun, buzzing atmosphere. Awesome venue, will definitely be back again!
I'm a big fan of Saigon Street in Bali and was very interested to see what would be on offer here. Happy to say that I wasn't disappointed.. My favourite green rice prawns in lettuce cups still on the menu! Yumm! Also tried the edamame & avocado salad which was fresh & delicious. Love the lychee twist on the original Saigon Sammy cocktail! Plan to Uber home if you're having cocktails - cant stop at one! ;) Great work guys!
great food, great service ambience and value for money
great location
beautiful food
excellent well done Saigon crew
glad this place has opened
Love this place, go here for cocktails on the weekend, love the lychee Saigon Sammy! Top dish is the Salmon Red rice, quinoa and greens bowl, such good salmon, also a fav is the green rice prawn served with lettuce cup, pickle and herbs, fresh and crunchy, love it all!! Xx
We ordered Miss Chu's to be delivered for lunch to the office one day, and it was the best. I recommend the papaya salad and long dumplings (I would not have normally ordered that, but my co-worker was amazing at choosing the good dishes). Not all of their dishes tickled my fancy though. I must say I was disappointed by their rice paper rolls.
Miss Chu's in Bondi is tucked away in a thoroughfare that looks like it would be more at home in the hip eat streets of Melbourne. We stopped over for a quick lunch after running the Bronte-Bondi track, and weren't disappointed. The staff were quite attentive to our needs, and brought water over straight away. To order, you need to tick the boxes on a menu with at least 100 different options, then hand it into the waiter. Luckily, I had a local with me to point out the specialties. We ordered the vegatarian rice paper rolls and thai beef salad - both of which were great. I thought the food was quite expensive for a quick 'drop in' lunch, and you actually wouldn't want to linger for too long, as the tables and chairs are extremely minimalist (read: milk crates that aren't too comfy, but look good!). Overall though, great food that definitely hits the spot!
