Hibiki was great. nice atmosphere and cozy/warm. friendly staffs and a variety of choice of coffee. Average flavour -i have noticed that Barnstaple steamed milk a lot and poured it It was busy morning and I understood. Love to go back and try food. Bought bag of coffee beans and it was good.

I liked the japanese fusion brunch/lunch menu, with so many interesting dishes on the menu, it was not an easy decision. Seeing the visual menu using the QR code helped a lot on deciding what to have.

Really nice place with simple interior design. Menu items are very simple, yet look and taste great. Coffees were really nice and smooth. Service was great as well from all staff.
