Hibiki was great. nice atmosphere and cozy/warm. friendly staffs and a variety of choice of coffee. Average flavour -i have noticed that Barnstaple steamed milk a lot and poured it It was busy morning and I understood. Love to go back and try food. Bought bag of coffee beans and it was good.

Really nice place with simple interior design. Menu items are very simple, yet look and taste great. Coffees were really nice and smooth. Service was great as well from all staff.
