This place has a good ambience, friendly staff and tasty food. We chose a selection of dishes to share and they didn't disappoint. An enjoyable experience. The squid, cauliflower dishes and dessert were superb. The freekeh was our least favourite - it seemed to lack salt although that might have been in comparison to the chicken, which was a little on the salty side.

Tastebud sensation!! We ordered the 4 courses. We knew desert wasn’t included so enjoyed the savoury options. The staff did a great job and very friendly. Would definitely recommend Syra as a dining experience and because they’re busy it’s a good idea to book ahead. Will be back 🙂

The food is absolutely amazing so full credit to the kitchen staff for preparing food so well.
Unfortunately the wait staff were almost non existent. It's such a shame when you pay premium price and the kitchen staff are so good to be let down by waiting 40 mins for the staff to come and do another drinks order for you to have to get their attention in the end. This not only happened once but 3 times which is unfortunate.
I recommend going there as the food is so nice but don't expect good service as it didn't exist for our visit.

What a lovely restaurant in Salamanca Square. Food here is excellent, great choice of wine at reasonable prices. Staff are really helpful and guide you through the menu. The desserts are to die for. We’ll be back.

The dishes ranged from excellent to disappointing, and the kitchen was clearly struggling with pacing, with several tables including ours waiting 30 mins between courses. Most dishes served lukewarm. The banquet option is overpriced and best avoided. If you want good modern middle eastern influenced food, look elsewhere, but there are a few hints of great food available, and for us the cauliflower dish stood out.
